It is not a stretch to say that RTX 3070 got the most attention out of RTX 30 series graphics cards and rightfully so because NVIDIA states that it is faster than RTX 2080ti which was priced at $999+ but RTX 3070 is priced at $499 which is alluring for many to upgrade.

We do not know what AMD has to offer as there launch is right around the corner but right now the crown of value king can be given to the new RTX 3070.
