Hello all you gamers! I'm @incublus, and today I'm honored to announce our big Teamfight Tactics tournament. There's been a lot of interest in this game in our community lately, and after the last time we organized a tournament amongst ourselves, I thought it was the right time for this tournament. If you don't know how to play this game, you can follow @incublus, @oldfool @sydechan, and others who frequently post about this game. Let's move on to the details of the tournament.
The tournament will take place next Sunday, September 3rd at 8pm UTC. Don't forget to check your local time.
To participate in the tournament, you can write your League of Legends nickname in the comments or join the Hive Gaming Discord server and message incublus from the curation team.
There is no rank restriction, even if you are new to the game, you can participate in the tournament.
Our tournament will have prizes. 50% of the proceeds of this post will be given to the first place winner, 30% to the 2nd place winner, 15% to the 3rd place winner and 5% to the 4th place winner. I would like to thank @ocd and @acidyo for supporting this tournament as sponsors. Also our community leader @strawhat can send surprise prizes to the winners at the end of the tournament. I would like to thank him for this.
There can be 8 people in a lobby at TFT. Everyone participating in the tournament will join randomly generated lobbies. The 1st place winner will get 8 points, the 2nd place winner will get 7 points, and as your rank decreases, your points will decrease. After 3 matches in each lobby, the 4 players with the highest score will advance to the next round. If the scores are equal, the player with the most 1st place will advance to the next round.
Since the most participation will be from the LAN server, the tournament will take place on that server.
