Using purchased assets in a game is fine. Surely not the AAA product that was sold to the community when the funds were raised, but not illegal.
Using purchased assets in NFTs without crediting the artist is not OK though.
But go on, keep lying to yourself. On other chains and reputable marketplaces the NFT collection would have been blacklisted after 24 hours.
