The new dCrops starter packs are now live which brings 5 new NFTs to life - 4 Seeds(1 from each season) and 1 Land. Additionally, you will also receive 20 Mystery Seeds, Ferti-Plus and Speed-Gro to jumpstart your farm with every starter pack.
These new NFTs will be soulbound to your account and cannot be transferred to other players or sold on the market.
The starter pack costs $5. Currently, payments in HIVE, SWAP.HIVE and HBD are supported. You can buy multiple starter packs but only the first 2 packs will give you the land NFT.
No, it is not mandatory for you to buy a starter pack to play the game. The starter pack is supposed to provide all tools necessary to start playing the game in a hassle free manner.
Although not required to play the game, some game features may be locked behind a starter pack in the future.
There are plans to add more NFTs to the starter pack as the game grows. These additions might be in the form of equipments and/or tools which depends on what new game features are introduced. In case new NFTs are added to the starter pack, people who previously bought starter packs will be airdropped those NFTs as well.
