I instantly loved this game 💜💚💙

You've got to love it when a demo for a great game drops seemingly out of nowhere. Promenade fits that description perfectly. I had never heard of this cute little indie 2D platformer, but now I will never forget it.

The art style and music will catch your attention right away, but the intuitive gameplay is what propels it to be an instant recommendation in my opinion.

Promenade releases on February 23, 2024, which will have already happened by the time this post goes live. The demo is still available if you are unsure about spending $25 on this one. The good thing is that it is available on all major platforms. That includes PS4/PS5, Xbox One & Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

The game's description reads as follows:

It may sound like your typical platformer, but right away the unique tutorial shows you it is different than the average. This game doesn't do much hand-holding, as cute and cuddly as it may look. It will be up to you to figure out how to progress through the various worlds the game throws you into.

Let's dive into this robust demo. I was able to experience the quick tutorial and two separate environments. Then there is a boss battle that it lets you attempt. There is quite a bit of variety in this game and I cannot recommend you trying out the demo enough. This game seems pretty special.
