This post is a submission to the Weekly Media Challenge Splinterlands!
Today my participation in the challenge will be an analysis of a Mirror match, which is the strategy ranking I do. We will see?
PREVIOUS ANALYSIS
It's usually a conscious choice I make when playing with a mirror team. This was not the case, which is why I brought this battle to our analysis.
For those of you who don't understand what I'm talking about:
Mirror Strategy

The mirror strategy can lead you to victory in a few ways:
- Luck: but in this case, you wouldn't even need a strategy!
- Level: more evolved cards unbalance the game.
- Position: incredible as it may seem, the position of the cards in the teams can be the differential that will lead you to victory!
In this match I was expecting an opponent with Water so the battle that followed was totally unexpected.
COMPOSING THE TIME
Everyone knows my favorite splinter is Water. At this point I had to make an initial choice, comparing my currently available summoners:
- Thaddius Brood, at level 5 GF (rented)
- Kelya Frendul, at level 5 (my own)
- Bortus, at level 1 (starter)
Well, the ruleset Wands Out, which should be called Only Magicians, in my opinion can be well worked with Water or Death monsters.
So my options were good any time. I chose Death due to having a location in Gold Foil which I thought would earn me more daily points.
So I bet on Thaddius Brood and his magical debuff.
On the front lines, Djinn Muirat is a mandatory card because the ability Void Armor holds all the opponent's magic in shields.
Usut also had his place secured, as he intended to take advantage of his ability Blood Lust to upgrade attributes. As it is in level 2, I was very confident.
The third wave I tried to incorporate a gladiator, having been elected Witch of Warnick, also at level 2. His scarce life points worry me.
The fourth guaranteed spot was with Venari Bonesmith, who brings her fearsome poisons!
ADVERSARY TEAM
The opponent chose summoner Thaddius Brood level 5, with Djinn Muirat level 2 in front followed by Venari Bonesmith and Revealer.

POSTER ANALYSIS
Let's analyze what happened, comparing the level of the cards that were mirrored:
First thing is the subtle difference between Djinn Muirat tanks due to the opponent having it at level 2, leaving an extra life point in their favor.
As for Usut, level 2 stayed on my team, adding an extra life point and the ability Opress that was not activated.
An important difference is seen in Witch of Warnick where I am level 2, having an extra speed point. This makes a lot of difference as she will attack first!
The Venari Bonesmith, whose level 5 is with an opponent, will also have an advantage in speed, but for the opposing team.
After that, notice that the opponent also has a differential with greater damage for having used Magi of Chaos, which I don't have.
The game's imbalance was due to the Witch of Warnick card, whose superior speed made it attack first. When inflicting the mortal damage, the BloodLust skill stood out and tipped the battle in my favor. Game over, nobody holds BloodLust!

Hoje minha participação no desafio será uma análise de uma partida Espelho, que é a classificação estratégia que faço. Vamos ver?
ANÁLISE PRÉVIA
Geralmente é uma opção consciente que faço ao jogar com equipe espelho. Não foi este caso, por isto trouxe esta batalha para nossa análise.

A estratégia espelho pode te levar a vitória por alguns meios:
- Sorte: mas neste caso, você nem precisaria de estratégia!
- Level: cards mais evoluídos desequilibram o jogo.
- Posição: por incrível que pareça, a posição dos cards nas equipes pode ser o diferencial que te levará a vitória!
Nesta partida eu estava esperando um adversário com Water então foi totalmente inesperada a batalha a seguir.
COMPONDO O TIME
Todo mundo sabe que eu splinter favorito é o Water. Neste ponto eu tive de fazer uma escolha inicial, comparando meus summoners disponíveis no momento:
- Thaddius Brood, em level 5 GF (alugado)
- Kelya Frendul, em level 5 (meu próprio)
- Bortus, em level 1 (starter)
Pois bem, o ruleset Wands Out, que deveria se chamar Somente Mágicos, na minha opinião pode ser bem trabalhado com monstros Water ou Death.
Então minhas opções eram boas em qualquer ocasião. Fiz a escolha pelo Death devida a estar com uma locação em Gold Foil o que imaginei que me renderia mais pontos diários.
Assim apostei no Thaddius Brood e seu debuff mágico.
Na linha de frente, Djinn Muirat é card obrigatório pois a habilidade Void Armor segura toda a magia adversária nos escudos.
Usut também tinha seu lugar garantido, pois pretendia usufruir da sua habilidade Blood Lust para upgrade de atributos. Como está em level 2, fiquei bem confiante.
A terceira vaga procurei incorporar um gladiador, tendo sido eleita Witch of Warnick, também em level 2. Seus pontos de vida escassos me preocupam.
A quarta vaga garantida estava com Venari Bonesmith, que traz seus venenos temerosos!

O adversário escolheu invocador Thaddius Brood level 5, com Djinn Muirat level 2 na frente seguido de Venari Bonesmith e Revealer.

ANÁLISE POSTERIOR
Vamos analisar o que aconteceu, comparando os level dos cards que foram espelhados:
Primeira coisa é a sutil diferença entre os tanks Djinn Muirat devido ao adversário possuí-lo em level 2, restando em um ponto de vida extra em seu favor.
Já para Usut o level 2 ficou na minha equipe, agregando um ponto de vida extra e a habilidade Opress que não foi ativada.
Uma diferença importante é visualizada na Witch of Warnick onde estou com level 2, possuindo um ponto de velocidade extra. Isso faz muita diferença pois ela irá atacar primeiro!
Já os Venari Bonesmith, cujo level 5 está com adversário, também terá vantagem na velocidade, mas para a equipe adversária.
Depois disso perceba que o adversário também tem um diferencial com maior dano por ter usado Magi of Chaos, que eu não tenho.
O desequilíbrio da partida se deu através do card Witch of Warnick cuja velocidade superior fez com que atacasse antes. Ao infligir o dano mortal, a habilidade BloodLust se destacou e desequilibrou a batalha em meu favor. Fim de jogo, ninguem segura BloodLust!
