¡Hola, gamers! Espero que estén bien. Hoy quiero hablarles de mi juego de RPG preferido en su versión remasterizada. La verdad no soy asidua a este género pero este juego robó mi atención y lo he pasado ya en varias ocasiones. Sin más, comencemos.
Hello, gamers! I hope you are ok. Today I want to talk to you about my favourite RPG game in its remastered version. I'm not really a fan of this genre but this game stole my attention and I've already played it several times. Without further ado, let's get started.
Yo solamente he jugado el original (ya saben que los pocos recursos de mi pc actual dan ganas de llorar) aunque pienso seriamente en hacer un gameplay de este Remaster apenas tenga mi equipo nuevo. He visto varios Gameplays de esta versión para poder dar una opinión veraz del juego.
I've only played the original version (you know that the limited resources of my current pc make me want to cry) but I seriously think of doing a gameplay of this Remaster as soon as I have my new computer. I have seen several gameplays of this version to be able to give a true opinion of the game.
Creo que este juego debí ponerlo en mi lista de "Juegos mata controles" pero mejor dicho por asesinar a mi mouse haha. Ya, me pongo seria, la verdad es que la única desventaja del juego es su excesivo uso del mouse (cuando lo rejuegue para gameplays lo haré con control) sin embargo tiene tantas cosas fascinantes que eso me importó poco.
I think I should have put this game on my list of "games that kill controllers" but rather for killing my mouse haha. Now, I'm getting serious, the truth is that the only downside of the game is its excessive use of the mouse (when I replay it for gameplays I'll do it with a controller) however it has so many fascinating things that I didn't care about that.
Incluso para la época sus gráficos eran muy buenos, la cantidad de enemigos era bastante variada (según sus zonas o nuevos niveles) sus antagonistas soberbios, sus items variados y útiles y su banda sonora, personajes e historias era en realidad lo mejor.
Even for the time its graphics were very good, the amount of enemies was quite varied (depending on their zones or new levels) its antagonists superb, its items varied and useful and its soundtrack, characters and stories were really the best.
Lo primero que podemos apreciar como cambio notorio es el apartado gráfico, el cambio es del cielo a la tierra y claro que al tener una mejor definición (4K) la experiencia de juego es mucho mejor. Una de las cosas más curiosas es que el equipo de desarrollo juega con nuestra nostalgia al dejar el apartado gráfico original como opción secundaria ya que al pulsar la tecla "G" podemos observar como lucía el juego originalmente y es algo que se me hizo curioso y genial.
The first thing we can appreciate as a noticeable change is the graphics, the change is from heaven to earth and of course having a better definition (4K) the gaming experience is much better. One of the most curious things is that the development team plays with our nostalgia by leaving the original graphics as a secondary option because by pressing the "G" key we can see how the game looked originally and it is something that I found curious and great.
Siendo un Remaster y uno muy bueno, el equipo de desarrollo no tocó en absoluto la mayoría de los aspectos del juego, pero si hizo algunos cambios para mejor, como por ejemplo el inventario compartido. Anteriormente si en el videojuego conseguíamos armas para un tipo de héroe que no era el nuestro, solo podíamos dejarlas o venderlas, pero ahora con esta nueva mejora, el inventario es el mismo para todos los personajes que hagamos y así podemos (si queremos, claro) guardar estas armas y crear al héroe correspondiente para ponerle lo que conseguimos, en resumen, si tenernos tres héroes, estos pueden compartirse los items del inventario porque es el mismo para todos.
Being a Remaster and a very good one at that, the development team didn't touch most aspects of the game at all, but they did make some changes for the better, such as the shared inventory. Previously if in the video game we got weapons for a type of hero that was not ours, we could only leave them or sell them, but now with this new improvement, the inventory is the same for all the characters we make and so we can (if we want, of course) save these weapons and create the corresponding hero to put what we get, in short, if we have three heroes, they can share the inventory items because it is the same for all of them.
En esta ocasión, el equipo de desarrollo adaptó el apartado de controles para poder conectar un control y además para que, si eliges jugarlo en teclado y mouse (como se juega originalmente) puedas cambiar los controles a tu antojo y así te sientas más cómodo y mejore la experiencia de juego. Según los gamers que ya probaron esta joya, le agradecen enormemente al equipo de desarrollo por esta idea, ya que se sienten mucho más cómodos al jugar.
On this occasion, the development team adapted the controls section to be able to connect a controller and also so that, if you choose to play it on keyboard and mouse (as originally played) you can change the controls at will and thus feel more comfortable and improve the gaming experience. According to gamers who have already tried this gem, they are very grateful to the development team for this idea, as they feel much more comfortable playing the game.
Con respecto al multijugador, solo puede jugarse este modo con conexión a internet. Podemos también tener dos opciones a la hora de crear nuestro personaje: Online y Offline, y no puedes llevar a tu personaje de una modalidad a otra
Regarding multiplayer, this mode can only be played with an internet connection. We can also have two options when creating our character: Online or Offline and you can't take your character from one mode to the other.
Al no darle un pequeño lavado de cara al juego, Diablo II Resurrected está hecho más para los gamers de la vieja escuela que para la nueva (novatos y gamers más jóvenes) ya que su apartado técnico minimalista y simple podría resultarles tedioso. Quizá agregar más opciones con los herreros o artesanos, más poderes en los árboles de actividades o un par de nuevos personajes hubiesen estado bien para este tipo de gamers, sin embargo, el juego es precioso como está.
By not giving the game a little facelift, Diablo II Resurrected is made more for the old-school gamers than for the new (newbies and younger gamers) as its minimalistic and simple technical side could become tedious for them. Perhaps adding more options with blacksmiths or crafters, more powers in the activity trees or a couple of new characters would have been nice for this type of gamer, however, the game is beautiful as it is.
La banda sonora sigue siendo la misma, totalmente apropiada para esta aventura épica y ayuda perfectamente a la ambientación. Es hermosa y realmente soberbia.
The soundtrack remains the same, totally appropriate for this epic adventure and perfectly supports the setting. It's beautiful and truly superb.
Los nuevos diseños de personajes, sobretodo de los jefes, son increíbles, generan pánico y además las frases que sueltan mientras se acercan a ti, ayudan demasiado al incremento del terror. Frases como "Témeme" de Andariel o "Ni siquiera la muerte puede ocultarte de mí" de Diablo aun rondan en mi cabeza
The new character designs, especially of the bosses, are incredible, they generate panic and the phrases they say while approaching you help a lot to increase the terror. Phrases like "Fear me" from Andariel or "Not even death can hide you from me" from Diablo still haunt my head.
Sin lugar a dudas este juego a pesar de los años envejeció muy bien y promete seguir deleitándonos por generaciones con este nuevo remaster. Cuéntenme en los comentarios si han jugado este excelso juego y que les ha parecido.
