I'm still Exploring the possibility of a Mortal Kombat-Splinterlands mix, and to do so,, I'll be picking some of my favourite characters and then fitting them into the different Splinters(Earth, Fire, Water, Dragon, Death, Life and Dragon) Here are the previous episodes:

Sheeva
Sheeva is the last member of the Mortal Kombat-@splinterland hypothetical legendary monsters. After completing all the known elements, I felt it was only right to do one for a neutral monster. There were a couple of characters that fit the "neutral" role; people like smoke, sector and even Noob Saibot could fit the bill since they all played for both sides of the war, but I decided to go with Sheeva.
Sheeva is a member of the subterranean race of outworld called Shokan. She's not quite as popular as a character and doesn't make too many appearances in the franchise but I bet you know Goro, the other four-armed character that was defeated by Johnny Cage in Mortal Kombat 1 movie released in the late 90s.
Sheeva started off as being a bodyguard but rose to prominence in her tribe. After the death of Sindel, Shao Khan and Goro, she rose to the top of her tribe and became a leader. She was initially introduced to the game as a bodyguard and jailer of Shao Khan. Later on, she swore allegiance to the Dark princess Sindel. After Sindel died, she swore allegiance to Kitana, Sindel's only daughter and vowed to keep her safe.
Sheeva is a conflicting character, in that while she showed to be a compassionate leader, her loyalty seems to supersede her good side. This probably explains why she was able to serve both dark emperor Shao Khan and his evil bride Sindel but then could also just easily switch side when she swore allegiance to Kitana.
Abilities
Irrespective of which team she plays for, she's shown to be a very dangerous asset to have. In the game, she was designed to do virtually everything Goro can do but was a tad bit more nimble. P to the MK reboot, Sheeva was working with the bad guys and her arsenal included a good old stomping and also ripping the entire skin off of her opponent.
Good luck trying to hurt her with a physical attack. She's sturdy as a rock and has a monster level of physical strength. Despite not being the quickest, she jumps really high and because of her years as a bodyguard, she's always willing to take hits for her team. She's a brute and that's all there is to it.
Splinterlore
It's not every day you meet a halfling, and here was this giant Shokan staring at this Gold armoured Halfling Alchemist working on some potion. She's never seen anything like this before and quite frankly, neither has the alchemist. He greets her apprehensively and asks a question that would change both their lives forever: Have you heard of Aether Shen?
