Shortly after the New Year, the idea came to me to do some research on the subject of Blockchain Games, since this issue was a trend from the end of 2021, until a little more than half of 2022. The arrival of crypto games as Axie Infinity and Plants vs Undead, managed to revolutionize this environment quite a bit, because as many know, at first you could get a very good slice of those games. Unfortunately, most of these projects failed to stay because they did not anticipate the possible consequences of their actions or simply due to mismanagement and irresponsibility on the part of the devs, and thus finally bankrupt their economy.
Today I'm going to tell you about a recent project that I found, as far as it goes, a game that finally gave me the courage to investigate it and possibly give it an investment opportunity. Well these days you don't usually find good crypto games that are legit.
Let's get to the point, what is MediTown about? Well, it is a crypto game that is about building ancient towns where we can build and control our own medieval city. The truth is that Meditown is a very simple game, while we build our civilization, we only have to collect some resources such as wood, food, among others. Practically, we have to make some buildings according to our strategy and for this we will need the collection of said resources, with which we must store and manage, for the functioning of civilization.
Having already explained what it is about and how MediTown is played, let's go to one of the most important questions, does the game really pay and is it profitable? Well, yes, through its game mechanics where most of the buildings that are built in the game, they are the ones that will generate "COINS", an in-game currency that we will receive as a reward from the buildings for a certain time. In short, I could say that the game is profitable if a reasonable investment is made, we could easily recover the investment in a month and win later.
Personally, one of the things that I like and that catches my attention about this game is that its economy does not have an exclusive cryptocurrency for its operation, it only depends on the influence and entry of the stable currency BUSD. In this part, there is no need to worry about the volatile declines that can occur in the market, because in the past, some NFT's game projects, due to their popularity, made many people invest in tokens such as ETERNAL or PVU, which in the end led to out, the bankruptcy of most of these investors.
Another positive point of this project is the clarity that the devs want to show us, with this they have a section on their official page where all the incoming and outgoing money from the game are shown, including the withdrawals made by the developers, as well a wallet address finder to stay on top of anything legal or unlawful. For now the creators of the project are unknown; However, in their whitepaper they explain what is expected of a true Play to Earn, and with the sincerity and responsibility they carry, it shows that these people can be a responsible team.
Finally, remember that investing in any NFT project does not guarantee the safety of your assets, since these markets can be very unstable and volatile. So before starting one of these projects, investigate, think carefully before making a decision and create a good plan, not everything is bad, we just have to be smart and efficient to be able to take advantage of it and make a profit.

Poco tiempo después de año nuevo, se me vino la idea de investigar un poco sobre el tema de los Blockchain Games, puesto que este asunto fue tendencia desde finales de 2021, hasta un poco más de la mitad 2022. La llegada de los criptojuegos como Axie Infinity y Plants vs Undead, logro revolucionar bastante este entorno, porque como sabrán muchos, al principio se le podía sacar una muy buena tajada a esos juegos. Lastimosamente, la mayoría de esos proyectos no lograron mantenerse por no prever las posibles consecuencias de sus acciones o simplemente por la mala gestión e irresponsabilidad por parte de los devs, y así finalmente llegar a la quiebra de su economía.
Hoy les hablaré de un proyecto reciente que encontré, dentro de lo que cabe, un juego que por fin me dio el valor de investigarlo y posiblemente darle una oportunidad de inversión. Pues en estos días no suelen encontrarse buenos criptojuegos que sean de fiar.
Vamos al punto, ¿de qué se trata MediTown?, pues es un criptojuego que se trata de la edificación de pueblos antiguos donde allí podremos construir y controlar nuestra propia ciudad medieval. La verdad Meditown es un juego muy sencillo, mientras construimos nuestra civilización, solo tenemos que recolectar algunos recursos como madera, comida, entre otros. Prácticamente, tenemos que hacer algunos edificios según nuestra estrategia y para ello necesitaremos de la recaudación de los dichos recursos, con los que debemos almacenar y gestionar, para el funcionamiento de la civilización.
Ya explicado de que se trata y el cómo se juega MediTown, vamos a unas de las preguntas más importantes, ¿De verdad paga y es rentable el juego?, pues si, mediante a su mecanica de juego en donde la mayoría de los edificios que se construyen en el juego, son los que van a generar "COINS", una moneda dentro del juego que recibiremos como recompensa por parte de los edificios durante cierto tiempo. En resumen, podría decir que el juego es rentable si se le hace una inversión razonable, fácilmente en un mes podríamos recuperar la inversión y más adelante ganar.
Personalmente, unas de las cosas que me gustan y me llama la atención de este juego, es que su economía no cuenta con una criptomoneda exclusiva para su funcionamiento, esta solamente depende de la influencia y entrada de la moneda estable BUSD. En esa parte, no hay que preocuparse por las volátiles bajadas que pueden suceder en el mercado, pues en el pasado, algunos proyectos NFT's games debido a su popularidad, hizo que muchas personas invirtieran en tokens como ETERNAL o PVU, lo que al final llevo a cabo, la quiebra de la mayoría de estos inversores.
Otro punto positivo de este proyecto, es la claridad que quieren mostrarnos los devs, con ello tienen un apartado en su página oficial en donde se muestran todas las entradas y salida de dinero del juego, incluyendo los retiros que hacen los desarrolladores, así mismo también un buscador de direcciones de billeteras para estar al tanto de cualquier cosa legal o indevida. Por ahora se desconoce los creadores del proyecto; sin embargo, en su whitepaper explican lo que en expectativa se espera de un verdadero Play to Earn, y con se ve la sinceridad y responsabilidad que cargan, de manera que se nota que estas personas pueden ser un equipo responsable.
Para terminar, recuerden que la inversión de cualquier proyecto NFT no garantiza la seguridad de sus activos, ya que estos mercados pueden ser muy inestables y volátiles. Así que antes de entrarle a unos de estos proyectos, investiga, piensa bien antes de tomar una decisión y crea un buen plan, no todo es para mal, solo tenemos que ser inteligentes y eficaces para poder sacarle provecho y obtener ganancias.
