Discovering the truth: Aamon found a magic stone that showed him visions of the past. These visions belonged to Valentina, an ancestor of House Paxley who made a pact with an evil god in exchange for power.
An uncertain future: it is not known exactly what happened after Aamon saw the visions. But we do know that he now embraces darkness and uses his connection to that power to fight.
