Greetings, community of vocalists, instrumentalists, composers and music lovers. We reach week 3 of VIBES, this motivating contest created by

@lordbutterfly that brings interesting news for this week
so we must stay attentive and on alert reading the publications of both @lordbutterfly and @silentscreamer to stay informed and do not miss opportunities.

This week I want to share with you the song "Hasta la locura" ( Until madness) A song of love to the Creator. I didn't know this hymn. A group of ladies from the Church I attend traveled to the state capital to participate in a spiritual retreat.

Upon their return, one of them told me that they had heard a song there that was "too beautiful" and that it would be good if the "Shalom" choir sang it (It is the Church choir and is currently directed by @carmenrivas and I).

At that time @eduardmartinez had not yet moved from the town. He was in charge of searching for the song on the Internet and the following week we rehearsed it with the choir. We sing it at the time of the Eucharist and it is always a great blessing to everyone when we sing it.

As a curious fact, I will tell you that searching on the Internet for information about the composer and performer of this "new" song for us - Pablo Martínez - I found that he composed that song 23 years ago! Well... we are happy to premiere it in the Church. I hope it is a blessing to your lives as it has been to ours.

@lordbutterfly que trae interesantes novedades para esta semana por lo que debemos mantenernos atentos y en estado de alerta leyendo las publicaciones tanto de @lordbutterfly como las de @silentscreamer para mantenernos informados y no dejar pasar las oportunidades.

Esta semana deseo compartir con ustedes la canción "Hasta la locura". Un canto de amor al Creador.

No conocía este himno. Un grupo de damas de la Iglesia a la que asisto de desplazó hasta la capital del estado para participar en un retiro espiritual. A su regreso una de ellas me comentó que habían escuchado allá un canto "demasiado bello" y que sería bueno lo cantara el coro "Shalom" (Es el coro de la Iglesia y actualmente lo dirigimos @carmenrivas y yo). En esa época aún no se había mudado de la localidad @eduardmartinez. Él se encargó de buscar la canción por Internet y la semana siguiente la ensayamos con el coro. La cantamos en el momento de la Eucaristía y siempre es de gran bendición para todos cuando la entonamos.

Como dato curioso les diré que buscando en Internet información acerca del compositor e intérprete de esta canción "nueva" para nosotros - Pablo Martínez - me encontré con que esa canción la compuso ¡Hace 23 años! Bueno... nosotros felices estrenándola en la Iglesia.

Espero que sea de bendición para sus vidas como lo ha sido para las nuestras.
