Hi everyone, this is my second entry here on hives and I'm singing a cover of 'In the stars by Benson Boone'
"In the Stars" is a song by American singer and songwriter Benson Boone, released as a single on April 29, 2022, through Night Street Records. He stated that he wrote the song about the death of his great-grandmother.
I chose this song because it's quite relatable for a lot of us in different ways...it talks about Death, Pain and memories.
Death reminds us of the fragility and impermanence of our existence, evoking feelings of grief and loss. Pain, whether physical or emotional, can be a challenging experience that tests our resilience and teaches us valuable lessons. Memories, on the other hand, hold the power to both comfort and haunt us.
They can bring joy as we reminisce about happy moments, but also trigger pain as we recall past hurts. It's important to embrace these emotions and remember, you're never alone in navigating these complex aspects of life.
