Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I'm happy because the VIBES contest is back, created by @lordbutterfly with @verbal-d and @silentscreamer as jurors, it's a contest where you are eligible to win a very epic prize on HBD, for more info you can read this post.
This week is super epic because it's specially themed and it's 70s music, so today I'm bringing you something super cool that I've always wanted to do but never had the chance to put together until well, life conspired for it.
Now, with that said, let's talk a little bit about the song I chose this week, why and some personal situations today.

El día de hoy me siento feliz porque el concurso VIBES ha vuelto, creado por @lordbutterfly con @verbal-d y @silentscreamer como jurados, es un concurso en el que se puede optar por ganar una premiación muy épica en HBD, para mayor información pueden leer este post.
Esta semana está súper épica porque tiene temática especial y es música de los 70, por lo que hoy les traigo algo súper genial que siempre quise hacer pero nunca tuve la oportunidad de preparar hasta que bueno, la vida conspiró para ello.
Ahora, dicho esto, hablemos un poco sobre la canción que elegí esta semana, el porqué y algunas situaciones personales en la actualidad.

The Song
For this special theme week, I decided to bring my participation interpreting the mythical song “Stayin' Alive” by the group “Bee Gees”, which many people enjoyed in the 70's thanks to the mythical movie “Saturday's Night Fever” with a young Jhon Travolta dancing to the rhythm of that group.
I chose this song particularly because I have always loved my falsetto and my head voice, I feel that I have dedicated myself to perfect my technique in that part of my vocal register and just the Bee Gees were known for singing using a lot of these resources, this song seemed interesting to record it because I felt it would be a challenge to pronounce the English well while singing with that part of my register and I was right, it was difficult, but I loved the end result.
I still don't have my equipment at full capacity, for some particular reason, the camera of my phone that had been damaged came back to life and at least I could use my old camera again but the phone still can't be used for anything else, I wanted to take this as a sign to participate because being frank between this problem, power failures, rains that make my internet go and so on I haven't had the best mood to record, but I am a believer that life gives you messages and you must attend to them in their moments, so, here I am.

La Canción
Para esta semana con temática especial, decidí traer mi participación interpretando la mítica canción "Stayin' Alive" de la agrupación "Bee Gees", la cuál muchas personas disfrutaron en la época de los 70 gracias a la mítica película de "Saturday's Night Fever" con un jóven Jhon Travolta bailando al ritmo de dicha agrupación.
Elegí esta canción particularmente porque siempre he amado mis falsetes y mi voz de cabeza, siento que me he dedicado a perfeccionar mi técnica en esa parte de mi registro vocal y jústamente los Bee Gees se caracterizaban por cantar utilizando mucho estos recursos, esta canción me pareció interesante para grabarla porque sentía que iba a ser un reto pronunciar bien el inglés mientras cantaba con esa parte de mi registro y no me equivoqué, fue difícil, pero me encantó el resultado final.
Todavía sigo sin tener mis equipos a tope, por alguna razón particular, la cámara de mi teléfono que se había dañado volvió a la vida y al menos pude volver a utilizar mi antigua cámara pero el teléfono sigue sin poder ser utilizado para más nada, quise tomar esto como una señal para participar porque siendo franco entre este problema, las fallas de luz, las lluvias que hacen que se me vaya el internet y demás no he tenido los mejores ánimos para grabar, pero soy muy creyente de que la vida te da mensajes y debes atender a ellos en sus momentos, así que, aquí estoy.
