Why did the molds of truth seem complex to us
We moulded our life into lies
Leaving the pleasant path of simplicity
We left our life in tatters
Why were we rewarded for the attitude that we feared
Life was covered with the veil of sin
All the lessons of childhood were despised
The soul raised questions but
We avoided them without listening to them and moved on
Emotions were scratched every moment
Egoism kept winning at every step
Royal dreams remained on the eyes
The light of truth kept sleeping silently
On the path of greed, we found someone crying
We left him in a worse state
We left home to earn happiness but
Kept sacrificing the happiness of home throughout our life
Who knows for which peace
We kept losing our peace throughout our life
We kept collecting data throughout our life
And we left ourselves penniless
If someone was helpless and alone on the running roads
i saw someone homeless on a poor night
I found someone crying of thirst in the month of monsoon
My heart melted for a moment
I put a shroud on my feelings and walked away
