WOO crate opening 9th of February

Hello everyone! A couple of days ago, I wrote an article with events I am anticipating. One of the events in the nearby future was the opening of WOO crates. And guess what, yesterday an official post was made that finally testing succeeded and the opening of WOO crates will go live on February 9th!

Ofcourse this took quite some time BUT as the WOO staff explained, they have added strict testing policies to avoid such events in the future. AKA announcing stuff but than not being able to hit the deadline as tests weren't completed yet. I think this is a good evolution as nobody likes to be disappointed by such missings of deadlines. Although we definitely understand them ofcourse!. I think ultimately missing deadlines isn't necessarily a bad thing as long as lessons were learnt. Which happened in this case.

Personally the next thing I am looking forward to are the rewards for playing the game. I really can't wait for the moments rewards go live as this will be a major milestone for the WOO-niverse!

What is WOO?

WOO, aka Wrestling Organization Online is an upcoming play2earn game on the Hive blockchain about wrestling. They aim to bring back territory wrestling, where the wrestlers are tradeable nft's. The public beta of the game launched on December the 13th. It's an autobattler in the theme of wrestling. There are 3 undercard events and 1 main event. Winning an undercard event gives you 1 point and winning the main event gives you 2 points, so 5 points are what we're fighting for. There are wrestler NFT's and manager NFT's which gives bonuses to the wrestlers. In the near future you'll be able to earn $WOO, just by playing the game, a real #play2earn game!
