At the start of this season, the Splinterlands team added new features to the Gwen's Glint shop. Whereas the use of glint is more accurate and harmless to the player. The random feature in the RARITY DRAW will be removed because we will receive cards based on the desired rarity.
In the previous feature, we were only given the option of opening cards based on luck. The system uses random draws. The glint prices range from 100 to 5000 glint per card. Each starting price allows for a maximum of ten cards. If you draw more than ten cards, you'll be charged a new price.
In the previous random draw, I attempted to purchase initiate draw, adept draw, and veteran draw. The results can be found in my previous post. LINK
And, at the start of this season, I experimented with a new feature: try on the rarity draws and then opening EPIC DRAW. I tried to open two epic cards and spent 10,000 glints.
And this is the card that was drawn. Where this gain is consistent with the cards I frequently use in battle.
However, with the remaining glints, I attempted to open the card again in RANDOM DRAWS. and I've decided to try my luck in ELITE DRAW with ten cards.
The results are as follows:
I had encouraging results because there were two summoner cards with a large number. And one of them is a gold card. So using those two results, I was able to upgrade my summoner card. Aside from that, the epic card in the earth element, THANE NEWSONG, caused me to level up. Aside from that, obtaining cards in ELITE DRAW yields common cards, as there are currently no legendary cards available.
I also tried to DRAW using the VETERAN DRAW feature, and the results are as follows:
My luck was drawn this time, as I received a legendary card. Namely, KULU MASTERMIND. There are also summoner and gold cards. Aside from that, I received two of the same EVELIN AUVERA as I did in the EPIC DRAW feature.
If you compare the three draws this time, the decision is up to the players. Because when I did EPIC DRAW, I spent 5000 Glint on one EVELIN AUVERA epic card. But I got two of those cards in VETERAN DRAW for less glints.
Furthermore, the results in the VETERAN DRAW are luckier than in the ELITE DRAW. As a result, players must also consider the luck factor. However, the outcome of receiving a card is ultimately determined by the feature chosen. Of course, the number of glints must be considered when selecting the desired draw.
That concludes the results of my draw glint at the start of this season. I like the new option for spending the glints we collect. Hopefully, there will be more new features in the future.
