Hi friends, there is a saying that goes thus "better late than never" and so I was supposed to put up this post yesterday which was the actual day of the celebration but had limitations with lightings and my gadgets all had their battery drained and so I will be taking you through a brief history of my dear country Nigeria.

Yesterday made it exactly 64 years ,on that faithful and beautiful day of the 1-10-1960
a child was born like every other child would be delivered of into existence, this child was not void of the life processes, as a child she went through different stages of development from the stage of dependency to a weaning stage,to a sitting stage, crawling stage , standing and as well as the running stage.

Yes a child who has become a full grown adult, much is expected of her, some level of maturity is expected to be exhibited by her and of course no more reasoning as a child but as a matured adult who is handling some level of responsibilities.

My beloved country Nigeria has gone through these stages of development and at 64 years she is being celebrated as a full grown adult who has gone through some thick and thin during her process of development. Yes we may not be where we had desired to be as a nation but one thing is sure we are not where we used to be ,there have been some changes we have encountered as a nation and so for this massive exploit I am happy as a citizen to celebrate the success so far and hope for a better her in coming years.

Friends a country can't do better without her citizens and so as citizens of any country you find yourself, we owe our country the responsibility to make it a better place . Whenever we downgrade our country by words of mouth we are indirectly speaking against ourselves as it is we the citizen that makes up the inhabitants of any country we are.

Let's learn to always celebrate our country for the present achievement and believe in God to help our country become a better place of habitation. Friends join me and celebrate my country @64 . Long live Nigeria long live her citizens, long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Thanks for the patience to read through my blog
