INTRODUCTION
We need God's intervention in Nigeria to address issues such as mismanagement of funds, corruption, insecurity, injustice, poverty, bribery, hunger, kidnapping and stealing. We also need to address unfaithfulness and transportation problems while stopping rituals for power and money.
WE NEED TO PRAY THESE TWO NATIONS: NIGERIA AND JERUSALEM
Let us pray for the peace of Jerusalem and Nigeria. Dear Heavenly Father, we ask for peace within Jerusalem's borders and an end to violence in Nigeria. We pray for wisdom among leadership positions to make decisions that promote justice. Protect residents from harm and guide them towards unity.
May blessings pour out upon these nations with prosperity and abundance so their economies thrive. May love guide interactions fostering a spirit of unity among all people.
Psalm 33:12 emphasizes the importance of aligning with God who is the LORD since blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; those chosen by Him receive His inheritance.
On another note Psalm 9:17 warns against wickedness which will be punished by being turned into hell along with any nation that forgets God because it neglects moral standards leading ultimately to divine judgment.
Acts 10:35 highlights how anyone can gain acceptance from God based on character rather than nationality or ethnicity provided they fear Him (acknowledge His authority) and work righteously (live according to His commands).
NOW PRAY FOR NIGERIA ALONE
THE FOLLOWINGS: Economy;
Insecurities; Mismanagement; Hardship; Bad government; Education; Healthcare; Infrastructure; Corruption; and Poverty.
Dear God, we come before you today to lift up Nigeria in prayer. We pray for your divine intervention in addressing the pressing issues facing this nation. Lord, we ask that you guide and direct the leaders of Nigeria to make decisions that will benefit the economy, provide security, and address mismanagement.
We pray for an end to hardship and poverty in Nigeria and for improved access to education, healthcare, and infrastructure. Lord, we ask that you expose corruption wherever it exists and bring justice to those who have been wronged.
We also pray for a change in the hearts of those who engage in unethical practices such as bribery and stealing.
May they turn away from their wicked ways and embrace righteousness.
Lord, we know that with your guidance and intervention, Nigeria can become a nation of prosperity, peace, and unity. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for your continued blessings upon this great nation. Amen.
FOR TRANSPORTATION
Dear God, we also lift up the transportation system in Nigeria to you in prayer. We pray for safety and efficiency on the roads and for an end to the problem of kidnapping that plagues travelers. Lord, we ask that you guide those in charge of transportation to make decisions that will benefit all Nigerians and improve this vital aspect of daily life.
We thank you for your love and guidance, and we trust in your ability to bring about positive change in Nigeria. May your will be done, now and always. Amen.
AGAINST RITUALS FOR POWER AND MONEY
Dear God, we also pray for an end to the practice of rituals for power and money in Nigeria. We ask that you open the eyes of those who engage in such practices to see the harm they cause and turn them away from it. May your light shine upon Nigeria and expose all darkness.
We trust in your power to bring about transformation in every area of Nigerian society, including this one. We thank you for your love and mercy towards us, and we pray that your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
AGAINST UNFAITHFULNESS
Dear God, we also pray for an end to unfaithfulness in Nigeria. We ask that you strengthen marriages and relationships, and help people to remain committed to their partners. Lord, we pray for healing and restoration in relationships that have been broken by infidelity.
We trust in your power to bring about transformation in the hearts of all Nigerians, and we thank you for your love and grace towards us. May your light shine upon Nigeria and bring healing to every area of society. Amen.
FOR RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE
Dear God, we also pray for religious tolerance in Nigeria. We ask that you help people to respect and embrace the beliefs of others, and to live together in peace and harmony. Lord, we pray for an end to violence and discrimination based on religion.
