DON'T GIVE UP

BIBLE TEXT:

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

CENTRAL THOUGHT

You may have every reason to give up and give in. But refuse to give up.

TODAY'S MESSAGE:

Temptations, trials, persecutions and battles are a real part of our journey of faith on earth.

No amount of prayer and fasting or sacrificial giving will keep you from any of these tests of our faith in Christ.

According to our text for today, the Apostle Paul wrote to the Galatian church to not be weary in well doing: for in due season they would reap, if they did not faint.

Unfortunately, not everyone can endure hardships as a true soldier of Christ would.

Do not make the mistake of thinking it's all about money.

Trials come in diverse ways and manners. But the decision to stand firm lies with you.

If you give up, you'll regret at the end. But if you do not faint and continue to trust and obey Jesus, you'll reap your reward and be comforted at the end.

There's no challenge God cannot deliver you from, but you must prove your loyalty and walk out of it without staining your garment or compromising your faith in Christ Jesus.

Please do not give up! It will soon be over!

CALL TO SURRENDER:

If you would like to give your life to Jesus, you can do so by saying this prayer:

"Lord Jesus, I come to you a sinner. I ask that You forgive my sins. I accept you into my heart as my Lord and personal saviour. Thank You for saving me, in Jesus' name - Amen."

PRAYER:

Father, help me to hold on to You despite the trials and temptations of this world, in Jesus' name - Amen.
