Before the Kamala Harris abortion rights rally, I shared a blog telling you that it was going to happen and that Beyoncé would be coming. It was a very successful event.
Kamala Harris really held a powerful rally in Texas with Beyoncé by her side. She spoke against the Texas-style abortion bans and as you probably would predict she's talked against Trump.
She warned the people that this ban will not only continue in Texas but will spread across the entire countries if Donald Trump returns to the White House as president.
We know Harris's stands on abortion rights. She strongly believes in protecting women’s rights and she says that these strict laws endanger women’s health. It's no doubt that abortion access affects everyone.
The rally also featured real stories from women facing health risks due to these restrictions. I mentioned all this in my previous blog so you can go check it out.
I'm the end, Kamala Harris thanked the men who support these rights since the issue impacts families and not just the women. Beyoncé’s support, along with music legend Willie Nelson’s performance made the whole event very impactful and the aim is to unite people for a cause.
If you ask me if my opinion on this, I'd say abortion rights has a serious gray area. Yes, there are situations where not getting abortion access could cause problems for women but let's not forget that fact that it's still a type of form of murder. All those that stand for abortion are human beings that could have been aborted by their parents. I don't hate anyone that does it, no but it's still murder.
