How can we tell whether we are experiencing happiness or joy?

Some people may wonder how it is possible to experience happiness if there is no cause for it. Only happiness derived from things or things that are positioned or subordinated may make people feel comfortable.

An individual's disposition changes to happiness once they achieve or get anything. However, this happiness is not a permanent resident but a fleeting guest. As the quantity of our achievements liberates its magnificence and beguiles with time, happiness is also liberated. Is our happiness a guest that may come and stay with us for a short period of time, during which our benefit can logically decrease from the very first instant until the day when the guest departs from our home? Is it possible that happiness may appear one day, last for a while, and then disappear immediately after that?

Would people claim that they are happy or sad while resting because of their rest? When we are in a state of deep relaxation, neither the bits of pleasure nor the wretched feelings can pound our minds. While sleeping, how can our minds be so calm and utterly free from the past, the present, and the future?

Given that our brains may be so empty during periods of deep relaxation, it is not surprising that our minds are stuffed with strains and feelings while we are awake.

How can we tell whether we are experiencing happiness or joy?

Our pleasure and anguish are seen and detected only by our receptors. This is, without a doubt, the case. To put it simply, we only recall things via the channels of our body system.

Unfortuitously, we have not yet realized that the mind component of our being is responsible for detecting and perceiving feelings of contentment and ecstasy rather than the body instrument.

A non-object-oriented attitude of pleasure is achieved when people discover how to elevate the condition of their contentment above the scope of the faculties. This is the moment at which the state of happiness is elevated. When the source of pleasure is elevated to a condition that is not influenced by objects or that is subservient, the possibility of experiencing joy without a cause becomes a possibility. When you reach such a condition, you can live with a higher self and ideals, free from prejudice, suffering, and the teachings of mine and me. You can experience unending happiness, and your joy will not be affected by anything the receptors see or touch. You will not let your thoughts, whether from the past or the future, pollute or taint your pleasure at any point in time.

Individuals must make an effort to free their happiness from the grasp of receptors and reconsider the concept of bliss according to whether it is determined or submissive. This is not an easy task, but it is a worthwhile one that can lead to a profound shift in our understanding of happiness.

On the other hand, quality is not the very aim, and aroma is not the bloom. Use your brain to cycle through the above information and reevaluate your response. You should let your mind instrument cope with the situation and reconsider it while allowing your delight to control your brain.

A drug is injected into our circulatory system, which is analogous to this process. To administer the drug, the needle (item) is used to make a puncture in the skin and the muscle. During the process of administering the drug, the needle, which is an item, is withdrawn or removed. In essence, you should allow your receptors to respond in the same manner as a needle, and the delight should be compared to the medicine. The drug does little more than strengthen the framework. Find a way to get rid of the thing or the cause, and at that point, you will be able to feel happy without having a reason for it.
