Hey! The scholars are engaged in duty and you are engaged in Nafil, you cannot even be equal to the dust of the feet of the scholars, on the Day of Judgment there will be a decision, then it will be known.
Converting the disbelievers to Islam is a mustahab deed and protecting the religion is a duty. Whoever is protecting the Holy Qur'an, protecting the Holy Hadith, is that duty involved in work, that is important, or what is involved in Nafl is important? ?
If the king signs while sitting in air condition, can his majesty be found by the laborer pulling the stilt?
People say that sir, we have sweated in the forests and rivers and the Maulvi people are sitting under the wings and teaching Bukhari, so how can the Maulana people be equal to us??
Now listen to the price of sweat! The price of each person's sweat is based on his intellect, understanding and religion. Can the sweat of the entire Ummah be equal to a drop of sweat of the Prophet?
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) says that the light with which the scholars write the book will be equal to the weight of the blood of the martyrs on the Day of Judgment. ;

If you think this, you will be misled, because it is ignorance to consider the one who engages in duty as inferior to the one who engages in mustahab. Our scholars are preparing scholars in madrasahs, then Tablighi friends also learn the religion from them and, Masha Allah, deliver them from door to door. Shaykh al-Hadith Maula na Zakaria Sahib, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, the books he wrote, the followers of Tablighi are delivering his goods from street to street, street to street, to the foothills of the mountains.
We are grateful to them that our goods have reached the mountains, but the stall owner should not underestimate the factory, if the factories are closed, then you will not see a single piece of cloth or goods on your stall. So scholars and schools are factories of religion.
That is why Allah Ta'ala has revealed the order of preaching in these words: بَلِغُ مَانْزِلَ إلَيْكَ مِنْ رَّبِّكَ (Surah Al-Ma’idah verse 27) i.e. preach what has been revealed. What will he preach?
