A couple of weeks ago, we introduced Referral Specialist positions These jobs entail using outside social platforms to recruit new members to the FreeCompliments Community. This primarily uses the InLeo referral code to let members join in the quickest way possible. Thus, our Referral Specialists will also be representatives for the FreeCompliments Community in the Community Battles & Wars.

As these two individuals have already been active in various aspects of the FreeCompliments Community, and have shown interest in onboarding people, I have chosen @calebmarvel01, @sabrinah, and @nabbas0786 as our Referral Specialists. Congratulations on the position!
Job Expectations
I’ve decided to not limit each referral specialist to a specific platform. If someone knows about and is active on multiple platforms, why limit them? Thus, all referral specialists will be able to recruit people from any platform they wish.
However, the expectations will be as follows:
Every new member who joins will be tagged on our Daily Complimenting Threadcast to instantly encourage positive participation. They will be encouraged to join the FreeCompliments Community.
A minimum of 5 new members per month must be recruited to join the FreeCompliments Community. Each Referral Specialist will inform me about the people they recruited at the end of the month. In addition to their base pay, each new referral earns 2 HSBI.
Thus, each Referral Specialist is expected to earn both from their referrals to the FreeCompliments Community, and from InLeo Referral System. It’s truly a win-win situation!
Conclusion
The FreeCompliments Community is now starting its onboarding efforts by offering jobs to Referral Specialists for the community. This provides additional opportunities to earn on Hive and help us all grow. Let’s make this initiative explode!
