Working Hard and Making Money Are Two Different things - Richest Man In Babylon Book

source

Hello friends, today I continued my reading of the book "The Richest Man In Babylon" and once again I've gained new wisdom. The poor grown up men at the beginning of the Story "Bansir" and "Kobbi" had a conversation about why they've been working so hard in life for a long time and yet after all this while they are as broke as a church rat.

Then it hit me and I realized that a lot of people I know are very hard workers. Some of them wake up at dawn, as early as 4am to take their shower and set off to work. Yet some rich people would be asleep at that very same time.

At the end of the year, the rich person that was waking up much later than the hardworker will have a thousand times more money than the diligent hardworker.

I've come to learn that there really is a great distinction between working hard and making wealth.

Of course, as they say there really isn't any substitute for hard work but I believe how you work and what you do with the little money from comes from your work determines everything.

Waking up every single day and going to work is good but after you close from work, I think it'll do you much good if you sit down and think of ways to make more money while you're even asleep. It's what they usually call "Passive Income"

There's not true wealthy man without passive income. All the billionaires in the world can not necessarily work a 9 to 5 job to become a billionaire. They have established businesses and systems that gives them so much money that they don't need to Work as hard for the same money that people labor intensively for.

There's a real formula rich or Wealthy people use and our task is to find out exactly what that it and apply it if we one day want to be considered wealthy men or women.
