El tema de esta semana se trata de la adaptación a los cambios, la mayoria de las veces los cambios tienen un impacto en nosotros y aunque no lo parezca siempre debemos ver que detrás de los cambios hay mucho que aprender, te comparto mis cinco maneras para lograrlo, anímate tu también contarnos cómo te adaptas a los cambios.

Les contaré mi historia respecto a los cambios de institutos escolares,tengo un records desde preescolar hasta la educación primaria, estudie en seis instituciones diferentes, enfrentando cambios hasta de cuidades diferentes.
Soy Carupanera pero por un tiempo me toco vivir en otra ciudad por asuntos laborales de mis Padres, se oye dificil y aunque era una niña asumí los cambios de escuelas con valentía y visualizando lo positivo.
Aprendi a vivir los cambios con mucha alegria, porque disfruté conocer nuevos amigos en la escuela, estoy segura que eso fue mi fortaleza para enfrentar los cambios, que vi lo positivo, me sentía feliz de tener más amigos en cada escuela que estudie.
Nosotras las mujeres nos toca vivir muchos cambios y lo mejor es estar segura de que podemos lograrlo y siempre buscar lo positivo de la situación, siempre cada cosa que sucede tiene un propósito en la vida.
I will tell you my story about the changes of schools, I have a record from preschool to elementary school, I had to study in six different institutions, imagine all the changes I faced, including changes in different cities.
I am Carupanera but for a while I had to live in another city because of my parents' work, it sounds difficult and although I was a child I assumed the changes of schools with courage and visualizing the positive.
I learned to live the changes with a lot of joy, because I enjoyed meeting new friends at school, I am sure that was my strength to face the changes, I saw the positive, I was happy to have more friends in each school that I attended my studies.
We women have to live through many changes and the best thing is to be sure that we can make it and always look for the positive side of the situation, always everything that happens has a purpose in life.
🌸Evitar el Miedo.🌸
🌸Avoiding Fear.🌸.
Normalmente lo desconocido puede causar miedo, por eso para enfrentar los cambios debemos evitar los miedos, al contrario debemos vivirlo con el entusiasmo de aprender lo nuevo que nos presenta la vida.
El miedo es un sentimiento que neutrailiza nuestras energias, y lo que necesitamos para vivir el cambio es vencerlo para disfrutar de eso nuevo que nos viene, así como yo no tuve miedo de hacer nuevos amigos en las escuelas donde estudie y me adapte a todo sin miedo.
Normally the unknown can cause fear, that is why to face change we must avoid fear, on the contrary we must live it with the enthusiasm to learn the new things that life presents us.
Fear is a feeling that neutralizes our energies, and what we need to live the change is to overcome it to enjoy the new that comes to us, just as I was not afraid to make new friends in the schools where I studied and I adapted to everything without fear.

Todos necesitamos entender que necesitamos de otros, por eso no estamos solos en este mundo, porque debemos relacionarnos y apoyarnos mutuamente para enfrentar el cambio.
Ten en cuenta que la carga de nuestra historia siempre será más liviana si la compartimos y nos apoyamos en otros.
Doy gracias a Dios que encontré siempre una sonrisa en otros niños que me ayudó adoptarme al cambio y me ayudo a sentirme segura.
We all need to understand that we need others, that is why we are not alone in this world, because we must relate and support each other to face change.
Keep in mind that the burden of our history will always be lighter if we share it and support each other.
I thank God that I always found a smile in other children that helped me to embrace the change and helped me to feel safe.

A mí corta edad me ha tocado vivir muchos cambios y eso me ayudado a tener un gran crecimiento en mi personalidad, que me permite crecer constante, de eso se trata los cambios de crecer día a día, siempre debes creer en ti y todo lo valioso que eres.
At my young age I have lived through many changes and that has helped me to have a great growth in my personality, which allows me to grow constantly, that's what the changes are about, to grow day by day, you must always believe in yourself and all the valuable things you are.

El cambio es sinónimo de nuevo, y para enfrentarlo sencillamente debemos buscar lo positivo para aprender sobre eso nuevo que se nos presenta, estar aquí con ustedes hoy es un cambio que daré en la plataforma y pienso aprender mucho de ustedes para adaptarme a este cambio con entusiasmo.
