Blockchain Idea Summit - The HiveAuth presentation video

As I already announced in a previous post, I had the opportunity to present the Hive Authentication Services at the end of September during the Blockchain Ideas Summit organized by the Institute for the Study of Free Enterprise (ISFE) at Oklahoma State University, OK (USA)

Once again I would like to thank Dr. Steve Trost (@trostparadox) for organizing this event, for his invitation, and for setting up the technical means that allowed some of us to make our presentation remotely.

The presentation was structured in three parts:

  1. An introduction by Steve Trost
  2. My own presentation and live demo
  3. A short Q&A session with the panelists

There were a lot of great questions from the audience, and George Gilder and John Tamny were very enthusiastic about what was presented to them.

So much so that a presentation of Hive and HiveAuth has been considered at the upcoming COSM Technology Summit taking place in Seattle next month. Unfortunately, for various reasons, this could not be materialized.

There are other things like this planned, but I won't count one's chickens before they are hatched.

The video is finally available

If you've read @trostparadox's latest posts, you'll find it hasn't been without its pitfalls.

@trostparadox

Unfortunately, the audio quality of our remote presenters is marginal, and a memory card failure resulted in the loss of the video and audio for the final two projects.
...
The marginal audio quality of @arcange's presentation was due to technical issues on our end, not his. I did my best to improve the quality via post-processing of the audio files, but it is still marginal.

Also, the University's videography team had conflicts that morning and could not actively film the Summit. So we had to settle for a fixed camera angle. That's why the panelists are off-screen and their comments are audio-only.

I am therefore extremely grateful to him for all the efforts he has made to provide you with this video and to allow me to share it with you.
