1oz Silver Vintage AC-Delco General Motors Bar

I came across this bar in a flash sale held by Bullion Brother in his Telegram buyer's group. I'm a sucker for vintage bars. You just don't see these every day.

For those who don't know, AC-Delco makes the only aftermarket car parts backed by General Motors. They even make aftermarket parts for foreign cars. I found this out when the alternator in my Toyota decided to go out, and this was, ironically, cheaper than the Japanese-made replacement options.

Obverse
Here we have the AC-Delco logo, with the iconic "GM" logo in the center. It's a clean design. Simple, yet elegant in its simplicity.

Reverse
The reverse is simpler. It has both brand names listed at the top. Down below, we see this was made by the Liberty Mint. I tried searching for more information on this mint, but came up empty.

Specifications
Purity: .999
Weight: One Troy ounce

I paid $32.45, which isn't bad considering everywhere else they sell for $35 or more. It's hard to find detailed information on some of these vintage bars, but they're a lot of fun to collect. I can't see the price drastically increase in value over time, but that's just fine. It's a piece I'll enjoy taking out every now and again, just to appreciate it.
