A couple of weeks ago I wound back the Vote Weights for our Community Curation Project here at SGS and as is always the case with adjustments like this, it takes a little bit of time for the Voting Power on the @ssg-community account to stabilize and find a new equilibrium.

After 2 weeks it’s pretty safe to say that the Voting Power has stabilized in the 85-90% range and I think that’s pretty much exactly where we want it to be. Precious hasn’t been having many outages lately, but when she does it’s good to have a few hours grace so that VP can continue charging while she has a rest without any value being lost.
Hopefully these new vote weight levels will continue to be just right for a while to come. It was 9 months between adjustments last time so if we get close to that then I’ll be happy that the SGS community is chugging along nicely and our project continues to carry on in good health.
