Sí te agrada la idea, comienza tomando una hoja en blanco y eligiendo tres colores de tu preferencia. Puedes usar marcadores o creyones, no hay ningún inconveniente en ello. Realiza puntos de colores a lo largo de toda la hoja y luego une esos puntos con líneas del mismo colores. Dibuja un circulo de color negro en cada intersección y, por último, delinea con marcador negro cada linea de color.

Siempre he encontrado terapéutico el hecho de garabatear en una hoja en blanco. A veces simplemente se tratan de líneas con formas sin sentido y algunas otras veces termino realizando patrones coloridos como este. Hay estudios que demuestran que garabatear fomenta a la creatividad, además de que permite calmar el estrés. Sí no lo has intentado, te recomiendo que lo hagas. Además, al fin y al cabo, los garabatos terminan creando arte.

If you like the idea, start by taking a blank sheet of paper and choosing three colors of your choice. You can use markers or crayons, there is no problem with that. I have always found it therapeutic to doodle on a blank sheet of paper. Sometimes it's just meaningless shaped lines and sometimes I end up making colorful patterns like this one. Studies show that doodling encourages creativity, as well as relieves stress. If you haven't tried it, I recommend you do. Besides, at the end of the day, doodling ends up creating art.
