Hola amigos de Hive Arte, en esta oportunidad les traigo el paso a paso de com o pinte con acuarelas a la virgen maria. Me gusta dibujar todo tipo de artes, estoy dispuesta a aprender de todo un poco y este año empecé a usar acuarelas, espero aprender a hacer acrilicos y otro tipo de cosas. Espero siempre contar con esa inspiración. Y aprender mucho de quienes de me rodean y otros amigos de esta comunidad.

I like to draw all kinds of arts, I am willing to learn a little bit of everything and this year I started using watercolors, I hope to learn to do acrylics and other things. Para este post no quise usar diapositivas de canva como vengo haciendo creo que colocar las imagenes asi en tablas,permite a los demas usuarioss apreciar mejor la imagen y hacerle zoom. Cosa que era engorroso con las diapositivas. Asi que espero que por la visibilidad pueda apreciarse mejor todo lo que voy haciendo. Separé cada imagen en varios grupos de tablas cada una con una fila y dos columnas para que quepa una imagen en cada columna.
For this post I didn't want to use canva slides as I have been doing, I think that placing the images like this in tables, allows other users to better appreciate the image and zoom it. Something that was cumbersome with the slides. So I hope that by the visibility can be better appreciated everything I'm doing. I separated each image into several groups of tables each with one row and two columns to fit one image in each column.

Primero, me dediqué a dibujar todo con un lapiz normal y en algunas zonas, lo oscurecí mas que en otras. Usé un poco de lapicero en el manto.
First, I drew everything with a normal pencil and in some areas, I darkened it more than in others. I used a little bit of pencil on the mantle.

Luego hice las espinas, las pinte de acuarela marrón, luego fui pintando las esquinas de negro, luego en el brazo de marrón, luego el manto de morado.
Then I made the thorns, painted them in brown watercolor, then I painted the corners in black, then the arm in brown, then the mantle in purple.

Luego, al finalizar con el manto, se pinta de color negro encima del color morado. Luego seguimos con la aureola, el corazón y la daga.
Then, at the end of the mantle, it is painted black on top of the purple color. Then we continue with the halo, the heart and the dagger.

En la aureola, alternamos amarillo con mostaza y en el borde gemas rojas y naranja.
In the halo, we alternate yellow with mustard and in the border red and orange gems.

Finalmente, pasamos el marcador negro encima de las espinas, todo lo bordeado esta pintado con marcador negro. En el rostro con un sacapuntas saque solo el borde del color naranja y con el dedo voy pintando la cara el cuello y las manos.
Finally, we pass the black marker over the thorns, all the border is painted with black marker. On the face with a pencil sharpener I remove only the edge of the orange color and with my finger I paint the face, neck and hands.

Y asi es como se ve La Virgen Maria, con todos sus bordes de marcador negro. Para mas detalle y profundidad le coloqué mas acuarela morada para que se viera aun mas bonito. Personalmente, me gustó mucho, creo que el contraste del color morado y amarrillo hace que se vea mejor. Soy aficionada al arte religioso, sin entrar a fondo en temas religiosos, si no que las situaciones se prestan para plasmar ciertos momentos de las historias sucedidas, por ejemplo este cuadro esta basado en un pasaje biblico que dice:
"Éste está puesto para caída y elevación de muchos en Israel, y para ser señal de contradicción ―¡y a ti misma una espada te atravesará el alma!― a fin de que queden al descubierto las intenciones de muchos corazones" (Lc 2, 34-35).
And this is what the Virgin Mary looks like, with all her black marker borders. For more detail and depth I added more purple watercolor to make it look even more beautiful. Personally, I really liked it, I think the contrast of the purple and yellow color makes it look better. I am a fan of religious art, without going deeply into religious themes, but the situations lend themselves to capture certain moments of the stories that happened, for example this painting is based on a biblical passage that says:
"This one is appointed for the fall and lifting up of many in Israel, and to be a sign of contradiction - and a sword will pierce your own soul - so that the intentions of many hearts may be exposed" (Lk 2:34-35).
Sin animo de hablar de temas religiosos en si, mas bien de lo mucho que me gustpo dibujar este tipo de personajes, creo que me voy a animar a dibujar este tipo de retratos y de plasmar exactamente lo que esta descrito solo verbalmente.
Without wanting to talk about religious themes per se, but rather about how much I like to draw this type of characters, I think I will be encouraged to draw this type of portraits and to capture exactly what is described only verbally.
