Titans vs Dolphins Preview - NFL Week 4

Writing this preview with little time before the game. In fact I am writing this from a totally unique location in general. Safe to say I am committed to the chain, although I am behind on the Phillies a bit. Yikes. Oh well that post will be out when it's out I guess. It will be soon.

Tonight the country gets to witness the dumpster fire that is the 2024 Tennessee Titans. At least through three games anyway. The Titans play the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football. Primetime. Seahawks and Lions also face off tonight.

September comes to a close already. Pretty nutty.

The Titans face a potentially vulnerable team in the Miami Dolphins due to both their starting QB AND backup QB being out with injuries. The Dolphins will be starting Tyler Huntley at QB and to be fair Huntley is no scrub. He's experienced and better than people probably think.

Still the Titans are 0-3. We should win this game, it could seriously be Mason Rudolph time if they lose tonight. I want Will Levis to be better than Huntley. Levis and the team will have lost to a rookie, a vet, a literal former backup of the TITANS, and then a QB3 journeyman. Only four games but sheesh that would be awful.

NOW, if the Titans win and head into their early bye week, maybe this season could look better. Maybe. It depends how the game is won exactly.

I just want a bit of NFL happiness. I mean is that too much to ask honestly?

Big game for everyone involved. No doubt. 0-4 is deadly. My expectations are fairly low, it is clear this is probably not the Titans' year, but it would be nice not to be an absolute joke of a team. 0-4 is a comically bad pace. 1-3 feels great right about now. One game at a time.

Dolphins don't have Tua but Huntley is not a huge downgrade. The Dolphins are a prideful playoff team. They are going to try and win at home and restore faith for their fans. Titans also beat the Dolphins last year. So the Phins will want some get back.

Titans have proved nothing, if they come into this game thinking this will be easy, that will be both stupid and terrible. Tyreek Hill is still there, speed is all over the field on offense there. Coaching is still above average over there.

I'm not even sure what the Titans identity as a team is yet.

I am pumped and just want the team to look like they want to be a winning football team!!

Show some life fellas I believe the potential is there! I am a bit nervous but i still want a Titans win ALWAYS.
