Hello again all.
I wanted to share this amazing display that I just witnessed at sunset here in Lower Puna, on the Eastern tip of the Big Island of Hawai'i. It only lasted a few minutes, but man was it impressive. It looked like a giant golden wave moving across the expanse of the sky.
I took two rounds of photos, separated by a few minutes time. The sequence for both sets is right to left across the sky.
This is looking out over the lava from the 2018 eruption that covered a portion of the property of the intentional community where I live.
