A good card game. Fun match.
Nowadays this is probably one of the best ways to surprise the enemy in this game.
The Ambush ability (when a unit gets to act before the battle begins) is a very good ability even alone.
And with the Explosive Weaponry ruleset (when all Monsters have the Blast ability), it adds even more to the surprise.
The Blast ability is when the card does half damage (rounded up) to Units adjacent to the target Unit.
Of course it does full damage (2 in this case) (the attack power of the card) to the target Unit.
This is the first time I used this ability in this ruleset.
I used one card (Sultry Barmaid) with this ability in this battle.
Her surprising move with the Blast ability made the win easy.
