Today was the battle to Bronze II. Unfortunately it just wasn't possible to get there with just the initial starter cards. With starter cards there is a counter to every deck so I would win as many as I lost so couldn't crack the 400 ranking.
So, I rented a lvl 2 summoner and a few levelled up cards and it made all the difference! Here's an example:
The difference between a win and a loss is the Healer at lvl 3 and the summoner at lvl 2. It I was using base cards I couldn't overcome the regeneration of the enemy tank. With that extra magic damage it turned into a win.
Actually it turned into a number of wins now :
In fact after 19 battles I have a 15W and 4L record so I'm almost to Bronze I
A few levelled cards make all the difference!
