#Splinterlands just updated the Quest potion purchase.
So this post is not valid anymore as the Quest potion now only can be purchased by DEC. It's nearly 8 times higher the original price with Credit.

I got the question from some new players likes "Should I buy the Quest potion?"
Let me tell you what quest potion is first.
What is Quest potion?
Quest potion will give you 5 additional chest when you complete the daily quest.
It is used automatically if the potions are available in your pocket :)
You can buy the Quest portion by DEC or CREDITS in the SHOP.
However I highly recommend you to use CREDIT to buy it.
Why?
It cost you 750 CREDIT ~ 0.75$ per Potion while it cost ~ $3.75 if you pay by DEC.
Should I buy the Quest potion?
I have 2 Splinterlands accounts and I use the Quest potions for both of them.
I share you here my return when using the Quest potion. And you can make the decision by yourself if it's worth to buy or not.
(In my table, I take 1 DEC = $0.005 for easy calculation and I don't count the value of Alchemy/Legendary Potion)
