Today I would like to share an amazing moment where I am battling our CEO @yabapmatt ! This just happened to me today, in what other game can you say that you just battled the CEO of the game?! Yep, this just happened. Maybe this is not the CEO himself but a professional playing for him, but still in this battle I am going up against the most feared summoner and some really leveled up Rebellion cards... Additionally my power is around 2,000,000 while Yabapmatt is at 36,596,000+ and ranked about 300 points above me.
THE RULESET
So when I see this ruleset I immediately notice that it is a low mana with some of the cards missing: we cannot use even cards and we cannot use ranged attackers. It also has Equalizer ruleset in effect. Considering the ruleset I chose the Water splinter as it has a ton of strong low mana monsters with one in particular that is totally awesome: Merdaali Guarding. This support monster heals the tank and repairs the shield. I am also going for a sneak play with two sneak monsters one of them with poison. In front I put a meat shied that only takes one mana and behind him Tide Biter that cannot miss and has reflection shied to protect against thorns or splash damage. In the back I am placing another one mana monster: Chaos Agent. This card is one of my favorite anti-sneak monsters as is is fast evasive and usually does backfire damage when the opponent has a miss. In this ruleset it is also boosted by the Equalizer ruleset. And finally the whole team is led and boosted by Kelya Frenduhl the summoner that provides shield to the whole team and boosts their speed by one.

All this theory is great, but let's see the battle!
Looking at the lineup it is easy to be intimidated, all of my damage dealers are melee and Yabapmatt played one of the best and most expensive summoners in the game that is actually anti-melee! The good thing is that we at least have reflection shield and shield repair and heal. Let's hope our Uraeus lands his poison right-away!
Well, we were not that lucky in the first round. Our Uraeus didn't land his poison and their three speed sneak attacker didn't miss our Chaos Agent!
We really have to land the poison in Round 2! Let's see how that goes:
Well... Damn! We fail to land the poison once again! This thing is rigged :)
At least we scored a backfire from Chaos Agent taking out the divine shield from their sneak monster. Time for round three:
About time! We finally land poison on their healer and it should be killed with poison at the start of round four:
We also scored another backfire against their Stitch Leach, now I am looking forward to round four:
Round four went really well, they are down to just two monsters and while we are getting low on our sneak monster health it is looking promising for a win...
We just need to land poison in round five:
And in round five we did land the poison, but we also lost both of our sneak damage dealers as expected:
And finally in round 7 we emerge victorious!
