Change the dodge system, agree or disagree?

Anyone else tired of losing a game when your 5-attack monster misses on a 10% chance? Or how about 4 misses in a row when the miss chance is only 40%?

I get that the devs wanted to add a bit of chance to the game so that "you never know who is going to win", but when I'm just trying to complete my quest in a splinter I don't typically use, I could really do without the RNG slowing me down. This game should be about strategy utilitizing all abilities and stats, and the way the game is now just makes the speed stat most powerful and detracts from the gameplay.

Here's what I would change:
-No miss chance for equal speed monsters. (Like seriously, why?)
-10% chance starts when the speed difference is 2 or greater. So a monster speed 1 attacking a monster speed 4 would only be a 20% miss chance rather than 30%
-Dodge/Flying grants 20% miss rather than 25%

Additionally, it's ridiculous that the player who randomly goes first has a clear advantage. To combat this, allow all monsters of equal speed to get their attack off, even if their health has already hit 0. This would resemble more of a "clash" of equal monsters, killing each other, rather than one monster getting an RNG advantage. This would still allow faster monsters to kill slower monsters without them getting their attack off, which makes way more sense.
