Ruleset

  • Earthquake, starting from round 2 each monster who not have Flying ability will take 2 melee damage at the end of each round.
  • Little League Only Summoners or unit who cost 4 mana or less can be used in this battle.
  • firefox_kmY4Nhtuep.png Aimless ruleset, all monsters has Scattershot ability.
    • Scattershot ability, the range and magic attack will hit a random target.
  • mana cap.
  • can use Fire, Water, Life, Death and Dragon element.

My Lineup and strategy

  • In the Little League 4 damage and 6 speed are considered the best, try to bring the monster close to that number, if you can, or bring the less damaging unit that has useful ability.
  • Aimless and Earthquake ruleset, usually we are afraid to bring a tanker that is weak against magic, but because it hit a random unit the magic unit is less effective just bring a monster who can heal and focus to handle Earthquake ruleset.

In this battle, we decided to use the Water element which has a summoner that can give armor so at least for 1 turn we can be immune to the Earthquake damage if the armor is not hit by the enemy first. The water element has many units who has large hp (considered large in Little League) and have a good unit with Heal and Scavenger ability which is good to use in the Earthquake ruleset.

The Lineup we use :

Summoner or monsterAbilitiesDescription
Kelya Frendul, Give armor and speed +1 to all friendly monsters. It has a buff that increases speed, with more speed our monster has a chance to attack first, evade the enemy attack, and hit the enemy. Armor buff is important because it can block the damage from the Earthquake ruleset and also can protect us from melee and ranged monsters' damage, the enemy needs to destroy the armor first before it can decrease the HP.
Cruel Sethropod, 2nd position, Attacker and tanker, not have any ability.I use this monster as a tanker because it has 6 armor and 7 HP, for temporary this monster is immune to Earthquake ruleset because have armor, good against melee or ranged attacks but weak against magic attacks, as I said before the magic is less effective in the aimless ruleset
Tide Biter, 2nd position, Attacker and 2nd tanker, has ability Reach, Reflection Shield, and True Aim.This unit can attack from the 2nd position because it has the Reach ability, has good HP and speed, and is suitable to become a 2nd tanker. Reflection Shield ability will ignore the damage of the Thorns and Blast effect. This monster can't missed because of the ability of True Aim.
Merdaali Guardian, 3rd position, support, has the ability Tank Heal, Repair, and Strengthen. We use this monster especially to support our tanker using Heal ability to restore our monster HP in the first position and restore the unit armor with the highest damage. The Strengthen ability will increase all of the ally monster HP to +1. I put it here to make it safe from front and back attacks. This monster's weak against attack and it can't attack.
Musa Saline, 5th position, Attacker, has ability Scavenger, Shatter, and Dispel. At base stats this monster is weak, and only has 3 HP, but if the battle becomes long this monster will get high HP because of the Scavenger ability. Every time any monster dies this monster's HP increases by 1. We put it in the 4th position so this monster can be safe from front and back attacks give it time for Scavenger ability to work. Another good ability this monster has is the Shatter ability, with 1 hit it will destroy the armor of the enemy monster. Dispel ability will delete all positive buffs from the enemy monster in the first position.
Venari Marksrat, 5th position, Attacker and Support, has the ability Martyr and Ensnare. We used this monster to boost the stats of the Musa Saline in the 4th position and Doctor Blight in the 6th position with the Martyr ability. If this monster dies all the stats of the monster adjacent to it will increase by 1. The Ensnare ability will disable the Flying ability from the enemy monster who got attacked by this monster, usually the enemy will bring a unit with the Flying ability I hope this unit can hit it. For this unit's Martyr ability to work optimally, we need the enemy to bring a unit with the Sneak ability (attack monster in the last position) and kill this monster.
Doctor Blight, 6th position, attacker, has the ability Affliction, Camouflage, Poison and Scavenger.Although we put this monster in the last position, monsters with the Sneak ability cannot attack it because Doctor Blight has the Camouflage ability, this monster can only be attacked when it advances to the first position. Affliction ability if inflicted upon attacking the enemy (50 percent change) then that unit can't receive Heal again. Every attack has a chance of 50% to give a Poison attack. Affliction and Poison combo are deadly abilities, they make the unit can't heal and must receive damage every round. Scavenger ability, same ability like Musa Saline. We hope after moving to the first position this monster already has high HP.

Our Formation is finished and we are ready to battle :

Did your Strategy Work?

Yes, the strategy is working :

  • The Heal and Repair abilities from Merdaali Guardian help to prolong the live of our monster and give more time for our attacker to kill the enemy unit before got attack.
  • The enemy brings a unit with the Sneak ability the Pelacor Bandit and kills our Venari Marksrat, making Doctor Blight and Musa Saline got Martyr effect :
  • With the help of Scavenger ability our Doctor Blight and Musa Salin manage to stay alive although receive damage from the Earthquake. Together they attack the enemy Xenith Monk who is strong against magic (only got half damage because it has Void ability). Doctor Blight managed to inflict Poison and Affliction effects to the Xenith Monk, after that it's easy to kill it.
