What’s up Splinterlands Warriors!

I hope all of you are doing well and also enjoying the game at its best. the new season has begun already and I hope most of you have opened your reward chests and got lucrative loots this time. as for me, this time splinterlands really granted my wish and gave me exceptionally awesome rewards. This time, I successfully got into the champion III tier and thus got a total of 80 loot chest from the season reward. I opened all of those rewards as soon as they appear and got three chaos Packs from them in my own mango-juice account along with others. I even got luckier with the red-dog rewards with which I entered champion III as well. From red-dog, I got four chaos packs and some good reward cards + DEC. So overall, this time my reward opening experience was marvellous and hope to get lucky like this every time I open these sweet season rewards.

Now, taking a look at the general sale of chaos Legion, More than 7 million packs has been already sold out of total 15 million And the next AirDrop card with get unlocked after 914K packs being sold.

The splinterlands tokens are also pretty stable for last few days. The main in-game token DEC is being traded in the market for $0.003 per unit while the SPS is being sold for $0.116 per unit. The current price of voucher is $1.453 and it is pretty stable around $1.5 for a time now. The land tokens are also selling around 400$ per piece as I am writing this post which may seem a good deal for the land buyers.

Now, let us move towards our main theme of this post as in today’s post, I will be sharing my top three card picks from chaos legion with forcefield ability.

FORCEFIELD

The forcefield ability is among the newest abilities that got introduced recently in Splinterlands. Monsters with forceful ability only take one damage from enemy attackers with attack power 5+. So, definitely the forcefield ability will be beneficial in big Manna limit matches where we usually use high mana cards And most of their attack power becomes 5+ through abilities and buffs. You can use monster with forcefield ability in certain matches to block those big attacks and receive only one damage instead.

My favorite monster with forcefield ability is Djinn Oshannus And I often use this monster at the front position in high Mana matches. I sometime place forcefield monsters in the last position to counter sand worm attacks as well. You can also use this monster in the sniper position to counter enemy sniper attacks with 5+ power. In short, forcefield is a new edition of shield you can use against any type of big 5+ attacks (melee, range or magic).

MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN

The first monster that I chose for this post is none other than the mighty Mecelic Slipspawn. I guess most of you are aware of this card already because its the largest mana cost magic chaos monster in Earth splinter. Its attack type is rare and it costs nine Mana to use in the battlefield. Now, let us study more about in this monster in below.

  • At level 1, this monster possesses 2 magic attack at 2 speed with 10 health along with the Taunt ability. Because if this taunt ability, this minster will attract all enemy attacks upon it, giving your other monsters more time to attack and to kill down enemy cards.
  • At level 4, this card gets 2 magic attack at 3 speed with 11 health and it also gets another ability Forcefield. Because of the forcefield ability, it will receive inly 1 damage from attack with 5+ power. So it will be incredibly beneficial in large mana matches.
  • At level 6, it gets 3 magic attack at 3 speed with 11 health along with these 2 ability that I mentioned above. The increased attack will help him damage and kill down enemy monsters faster.
  • At level 8, this card gets 3 magic attack at 3 speed with 12 health and also gets another ability slow. The slow ability will decrease all enemy monster’s speed by 1.

First of all, This monster will help you by attracting all enemy attacks upon it throu the taunt ability. So your low health attackers will be safe from enemy eyes. The forcefield ability is a great answer to those giant attackers with 5+ attack power and lastly, the slow ability will decrease speed of every enemy monster. So, overall it is a great card to use in big battles without hesitation.

Market Stat:

Mycelic is currently being sold in the Splinterlands card market starting from $0.38 per BCX and will cost you about 125.73 DEC onwards.

DJINN MUIRAT

The next monster that I will be showcasing today is Djinn Muirat. This monster is recently getting hype because of its combination of multiple abilities with its high stat. This monster is a legendary type card that belongs to the death unit this monster costs nine Mana to use in the battlefield and its attack type is magic. Let us now take a Deep look into this monster below.

  • At level 1, this monster possesses two magic attack at two speed with four armour and seven health along with two abilities - void armour and knock out. The void armour will protect this monster against magic attacks because magic attacks will hit this monsters armour before its health. On the other hand, it will do double damage to enemies who are already stunned throu The knockout ability. So you may add some Stun monster in your lineup to get benefits from the Knock out ability.
  • At level 2, this monster gets 2 magic at work at 2 speed with 4 armour and 8 health And also gets another ability giant killer. Monster with giant killer ability does double damage against targets that cost 10 or more Mana. So you can use this monster in large Mana ruleset battles to kill down those big monster that costs 10 or more money through its giant killer ability.
  • At level 3, this card gets 3 magic attack at 2 speed with 4 armour and 8 health And also gets another ability - magic reflect. Monsters with magic reflect ability when hit with magic damage, does reduced magic damage back to that attacker. There Are already a handful of magic reflect monsters and just like them this one will be an anti magic card And can be used against magic attackers to damage them back every time it gets hit.
  • At level 4, this monster gets another ability force field while having the same stats as of its previous level. The forcefield ability will enable him to consume large 5+ attacks while only taking 1 damage.

This monster is pretty defensive with a four armour and eight Health combo and the Void shield and Magic reflect ability on top it. But it is a good attacker as well with its giant killer and knockout ability. Not to mention that these monster’s attack type is magic. so you can use this monster in any of the six places which increases the chance of making unique lineups with this card.

Market Stat:

Djinn Muirat is currently being sold in the Splinterlands card market starting from $13 per BCX and will cost you about 4,268 DEC onwards.

IFRIT RISING

The last monster that I’ll be talking about here is Ifrit rising. It is a legendary type card that belongs to the fire unit this card costs eight Munna to use in the battlefield and its attack type is magic let us now look further into its overall stats and abilities below.

  • At level 1, this card possesses 2 magic attack at 3 speed with 7 health along with recharge ability. The recharge ability got introduced with the new chaos edition cards and the monsters with recharge ability attacks every other around what does 3X damage. So while these cards will only attack every other round, its massive damage in that round can easily kill down even giant health monsters. Even in its initial level, it will attack six magic power with the help of this recharge ability.
  • At level 2, this monster’s magic attack gets increased from 2 to 3 while having all other stats and abilities same as of its previous level. So, even in level to this monster can attack with 9 magic power every other round.
  • At level 3, this monster’s health gets increased from 7 to 8 but all the other states remain same as of its previous level. The increased health will help him stand alive for longer in battlefield.
  • At level 4, it gets another ability forcefield while having the same straight as of its previous level. the force field ability will help him to counter big 5+ attacks From enemies while taking only one damage.

I personally love this card and use it in medium to high mana ruleset matches when choosing the fire splinter. I mostly use it with Zaku because with the blast ability that it gets from Zaku, It’s recharge attack gets even more dangerous and can kill down multiple big health monsters with just one blow. On the other hand, its forcefield ability wile save him from giant 5+ attacks so if you Use it rightfully you can consume a handful big attacks without getting much damaged.

Market Stat:

Ifrit Rising is currently being sold in the Splinterlands card market starting from $5.08 per BCX and will cost you about 1,668.3 DEC onwards.

There is another monster with force field ability in chaos edition - Prismologist from the Life splinter But I choose to opt her out because I just talked about her in one of my recent previous posts. I hope all of you liked my top three picks this time with the forcefield ability. I will highly recommend you to use this ability and large Mana ruleset matches to experience if it can be helpful for you. in case you have used those three cards that I mentioned above, please let me know your experience about how did you perform with those monsters in the real battlefield and if they are worthy. I’ll be looking forward to your comments and will meet you soon in my next post.

Wish you all best of luck on your Splinterlands journey.
