Maneuvers - All units gain reach.
Unprotected - Monsters do not have any armor and do not get armor from Abilities or Summoner Buffs.
Mana Cap of 46.
Available Splinters- Water, Earth, Death and Dragon

My Team:

Summoner: Quix the Devious (-1 to Ranged, -1 to Speed)

1. Baakjira - No Damage Dealer with the Void, Slow, Strengthen and Heal abilities
2. Rage - Magic Damage Dealer with the Flying, Void, Weapons Training, Life Leech and Affliction abilies
3. Deeplurker - Melee Damage Dealer with the Opportunity, Poison and Demoralize abilities
4. Venka the Vile - Melee Damage Dealer with the Charge, Pierce, Oppress and Trample abilities
5. Pelacor Bandit - Melee Damage Dealer with the Sneak and Flying abilities
6. Doctor Blight - Magic Damage Dealer with the Affliction, Camouflage, Poison and Scavenger abilities

Strategy:

I didn't really care about the Maneuver ruleset as all my melee monsters have abilities that allow them to attack from any position anyway. Instead I focused on having a great magic protection in the front with 2 void ability monster and have great melee attackers behind them in case my opponent has a anti magic strategy too.

Position 1 - Baakjira:

One of the best anti magic tanks in the game. With a massive amount of HP and the Heal ability it seems impossible to kill with magic attacks alone. In this match it even gains 3 Magic damage because of the Weapons Training.

Position 2 - Rage:

One of the highest mana cards in game but very much worth it. With the Weapons Training it can add up to 6 more magic damage to the team.

Position 3 - Deeplurker:

Great common water card, high damage, the opportunity ability to take out the weakest monsters and lowers all the melee damage of the opponent team with demoralize.

Position 4 - Venka the Vile:

Has a massive amount of melee damage, but is pretty easy to kill with only 5 HP. It is a very fast monster so it usually gets to attack at least once though.

Position 5 - Pelacor Bandit:

Another great common water card. Very fast and flying so with a good change to dodge sneak attacks.

Position 6 - Doctor Blight:

Good old Doctor Blight is hardly ever a bad decision in the last slot. Here it can scavenge away and gain a nice HP boost by the time it may be forced to the front position.

Round 1:

The 2 Forcefields in my opponent team worry me a bit, because half of my teams damage is reduced to 1 because of that ability.
The poison ability helps to bring the Mycelic Slipspawn to the brink of death but the Fungus Flinger afflicts my Baakjira and reducing its tanking potential by a lot.

Round 2:

The Mycelic Slipspawn gets taking out right away by my Pelacor Bandit and the Deeplurker takes out the Funcus Flinger. Too bad my Baakjira already kicks the bucket in this round but at least Doctor Blight poisons Arkemis as the last attack in this round.

Round 3:

Venka really can't use its whole potential always attacking forcefields and only dealing 1 damage each round, but at least the Pelacor Bandit and Deeplurker get rid of the Venari Scout this round.

Round 4:

Arkemis with the nasty forcefield is finally taken out in this round, but it might be too late as my defence is crumbling and I lose Rage.

Round 5:

Maybe the game deciding miss in this round. Venka deals massive damage to the Pelacor Mercenary but doesn't get damaged this round because of a lucky 10% miss. Doctor Blight preventing the Heal ability with affliction also helps.

Final Round:

Thanks to the miss in the last round Venka survives the 4 Magic damage blast in the beginning of the round and finishes the match by taking out the Pelacor Mercenary with a massive 7 damage attack.

Result:

It was a fun match to watch and the RNG was a bit on my side but overall I think my team was slighty better and had more potential to win the match. Those Forcefields were a bit nerve wracking though.
