Wild is pathetic.

I must be an uber player if I can win 83 games in a row right? When I was an active player and frequented the leaderboard my record was 29.

I haven't played the game in a really long time. I have basically every card in the game, but those are are delegated to a scholar who is very productive with them.

On a whim I decided to play some wild games, and I played 83 of them and won without running into a human. That was basically plowing my way into Diamond II before losing. All this with the dregs of my collection, with most of my cards delegated, on land, and ALL of my spare rebellion cards on battle wagons.

Instead of being a showcase for all Splinterlands cards, past and present, it's just plain garbage. A healthy wild game would help support demand and prices for old cards, and clearly that isn't the case, not even land is cutting it.

Playing and winning 83 games in a row was tedius, and the bots aren't even that competitive. They seem to be just farming each other. Given that I never ran into a human I can't imagine the sort of ghost town wild would be without them. I hope that Modern is a bit more robust, but admittedly I'm out of touch. From this aspect the game has fallen far I'm afraid. If price of cards is any indication, we are in huge slump. I hope they can turn it around.

Anyhow, I just wanted to share my thoughts after this experience. Is modern more bullish?
