Here's how I drew it through a series of pictures:
The sketching process really takes a lot of time for me since I need to check a lot of stuff, from perspective, proportions, if the eyes are aligned, hands, toes etc.
Yeah... This took me atleast 3 hours to sketch since I keep on messing up on the left hand (Why are hands so hard to draw??)

And lastly, to color it!
l messed up a bunched of times on the transparent blue cloth thingy, since some it will be hidden under the arm, some will go around the body, I need to make a lot of layers and repeat the same steps to draw, adjust the opacity, and render it, but I'm overall satisfied on how it turned out.
