I understand that you earn vouchers by staking SPS and they are required for purchasing card packs in game for the new Chaos Legion that is coming out. Excited for this this and wanting to get in ASAP I directed my attention on how to obtain more vouchers. I staked some SPS until I calculated what it would take to earn a full voucher by the end of the even; about 150 earned about .033, and at the time there was about 30 days left so .033*30= .99 (plus a little extra voucher I had chilling before I looked)
But then I realized I could buy voucher tokens, but they were priced at about 20 hive or so. I bought 3, and then xfered them to the game; and combined with SPS I purchase 3 packs that ended up costing me about 60 hive, and about 18 sps. at the currect conversion that equals about $46 (Hive) and $9.46 (SPS) meaning I spent about 55 dollars on 3 packs! I maintained my plan to buy one more with my earned voucher from staking until I leaned that card packs are tokenized on the hive engine market. This made me angry and sort of happy.
Chaos Tokens can be purchased (as of writing this) for 9.54 Hive (~$7) each. Once you purchase the tokens, goto the open screen, and then click convert at the botton of the icons next to the chaos legion pack. 
Choose the Hive Engine (if thats where you bought the Chaos Token) and then enter the quantity and click deposit. Boom. I wish I would have know this before, and it leaves me questioning why I (or anyone) would spend so much on the vouchers to get the cards when its so much cheaper to just but the tokenized pack and convert it.
I now have 5 packs and want to buy more before the seasons ends. Just today, I sold .28 of a voucher and swapped it for 13.11 WAX. I am just now getting into NFT's and just setup the WAX wallet yesterday; looking forward to learning more, but for now I have staked my small amount. Am I missing some benefit to using the vouchers to buy packs or did I just get scammed out of my money because I was ignorant to a better process to obtain chaos packs? Am I wrong about something here? PLease let me know what you think and thank you for reading!!!
