Hi friends, the new Guild Brawls round is in full swing and it's really hot right now, with guilds changing places in the top almost every half hour, and I've had some successful battles with the element of Death and want to share my experience of using the excellent archer LIZA FOX.
It's probably the only gladiator card I've ever dreamed of pumping up to level 4, so I can add Stun to its Bloodlust ability. However, even at first and second level her high attack level makes her an excellent ranged warrior.
So, in this battle I used the following linup:
Summoner ZINTAR MORTALIS to reduce melee card damage.
In the first position is my favorite HAUNTED SPIRIT, with good attack, speed, and healing ability.
In case the enemy breaks through the defense, I put SHADOWY PRESENCE to give the archer a little head start.
I got myself a Golden SILENT SHA-VI in my deck, so I try to use him as often as possible, and with his Sneak ability, as well as good speed and attack, this card copes well with weak enemy cards located on long-range positions.
The amount of mana is limited, so I put a free FURIOUS CHICKEN to distract the enemy cards with Opportunity ability.
On the fifth position is the archer LIZA FOX. I hoped she would quickly pump up her speed and attack with Bloodlust and be equally good at attacking and dodging enemy ranged attacks.
Rounding out the combo and covering the back of the archer is CORPSE FIEND, a free card with little attack and also as a chicken, great for diverting attacks from cards with Sneak and Opportunity abilities.
On the first enemy position was CURSED WINDEKU, which is very hard to deal with, because it returns damage, and the inexpensive but quite dangerous URAEUS made the situation even more tense.
I was very lucky that I covered the archer with a weak card, so she had a chance to increase her speed, so the enemy cards didn't hit her, and the fight was very easy once I took out his tank.
That's how the battle turned out :)
Today is my birthday and I have a lot of plans for the next year of my life, including pumping my deck in Splinterlands and working with Hive Blockchain and its many projects like HivePizza, Listnerds, CTP & Oneup :)
