So after 8 months of playing the game, I have squeezed into champion 1. This was as a result of regular ass-kicking and pure grit. This has been a long term dream since I started playing and so getting to this milestone really feels like a big achievement for me.
Top 300
The other milestone I achieved was getting into the top 300 players in the game. I have fantasized about getting into the top 100 for some time but I have to accept that for now, I'm still way behind in terms of quality of cards. With that said, I punched way above my weight to get here and this feat is as a result of tactics that even I was pretty impressed by.
The Clinching Battle
I went up an opponent that had clearly better cards than me on the day. This game was won solely based on the tactical approach I employed, particularly the Naga Fire Wizard that I placed at the back in the event of a pesky sneak monster, which turned out to be a masterstroke because he was responsible for striking the final blow.
