The current splinterland season will end in approximately six days, and I have been playing consistently to increase my league in the game. I was expecting that I'd be able to unlock the Diamond League before the weekend and I'm glad that I have made it through Diamond One League for the weekend. With the recent change in the game when we upgrade our league, a reward is distributed and this is a great change because we get additional rewards. I believe that this reward is applicable in both modern and wild formats of the game, but since I play in the wild, I have got the reward today, which is good.
Every time you upgrade your league you get this type of message on the screen where you get the option to claim the reward. This is the reward that we can claim immediately and there is no option to push it for later which I think is good because if later on one can increase the leak further then it will be difficult for the game to keep both the rewards in the queue. I believe that this is why it is good to claim immediately the moment we level up the league.
Now I have unlocked Diamond One league in the Wild format and as part of the reward I am going to get 24 cards as part of the reward which you can see on the snapshot as well. There is also the option to use portion which increases the possibility of getting gold foil or legendary cards out of the reward. Although this is optional hence if you want to go ahead with this you can and if in case you don't then you can't do that as well because I have the balance of both types of portions in my account I prefer using that balance to see if I get get something even more valuable. Legendary cards are a great addition to the game along with the gold cards and this is why I always try to utilise all the possibilities as and when possible.
Now talking about the reward here is what I have got out of all these cards. I have got gold cards along with regular cards as well and there are some other components also including the merits energy and some other potions. I would not say that this reward is excellent but I still believe that it is a good reward and I am happy to have it since it is an additional reward that we are getting whenever the league is upgraded to the next level.
Now we are getting the reward for each winning battle along with the season and reward however on top of that this is an additional reward that we are getting which is great. No matter how it is it is still good and I am happy to have it. I believe that this change is good to encourage players so they unlock the higher league and play their more to move to even higher leagues in the game. The game is trying to incentivize the players to move towards the higher league and play what they can based on the cards they are holding.
I have got some sps which are earned through different ways in the game and because I always make sure not to keep the tokens in a liquid state hence I am going to power it up right away. Now since I have achieved the milestone of 200K sps hence I have stopped buying further but I am going to continue whatever I earn. It's like I'll be reinvesting whatever I earn through the rewarding game and now I have got 146 SPS to power up.
Now I have more than 200K tokens and all these tokens are staked. This is currently earning an APR of 10.5% approximately and I see that this percentage has dropped recently but still OK to earn a good number of tokens.
The season is slightly less than halfway and I will continue to play more battles because this way I will be able to earn more rewards for now I am not planning to enter the Champion League however it is not decided and I will see how I want to do when the season end is just a couple of days away.
