INITIAL THOUGHTS PLAYING WITH WAKA SPIRITBLADE

Thanks to a very generous delegation, I had a chance to play with Waka this morning during my Death quest and had quite a bit of fun with it.

Now I have to say, I was forcing Waka into many battles simply because I had him. And I'm sure that is the case across the game right now as everyone is very excited to try out the new summoner.

So in that sense, I believe Waka's win rate is probably below what the average for it should be. I believe he is a very powerful summoner for the death team that can act as an offensive force with all of the powerful death monsters. The games I played were against lower leveled decks so it's not quite fair to compare, but it's hard to doubt the dominance of being able to splash poison in every direction.

I'll need more time to play with him, but I'll leave you with this - I wish I had him but I'm glad I didn't pay the premium price for him. That being said, if I had paid it, I'd still be happy as the scarcity of a great card like this cannot be understated.

What are your thoughts?
