Looking at the top holders list on Peakmonsters, it is very easy to see that many of the top accounts with vouchers hold them in the thousands, some even over 10k vouchers. This to me says that while there are only 500 cards available on the site, we may have less than 500 people actually purchase the card.
Many accounts will be able to purchase multiple copies which will leave even less to go around At this point, it's looking tough for me but I'll be watching the top holders list to see if I even have a shot.
