In this video, I break down the 5 biggest things from the recent DAOn Hall with Cryptomancer and Matt. Shout out to @clayboyn for making the time to do this for us, it's always extremely helpful.
Here are my takeaways:
The company went through more cuts recently (people let go & salaries reduced)
Monthly cash flow shared (assuming Cryptomancer is paid by the DAO) = Revenue $150k & Expenses $250k
Whales have reached out to Matt wanting to buy things
Matt is not against the idea of postponing land altogether (to focus on NPE)
Once the mobile website is finished, the plan is to wrap it into an app for the App Store
I found myself much more at ease after hearing Matt and Cryptomancer talk about details. I do hope that Land 1.75 will be here within 6 months (Q1 2025 is the estimate) because it could offer significant more dynamic gameplay for land owners and be a massive boost to the game economy.
Nobody likes the situation we're in but at this point we need to work together to get ourselves in the best position to succeed in 2025 and beyond. Let's hope this works!
