En una ciudad de cualquier parte del mundo vive Marcela una adolescente muy vivaz con la belleza y ternura de una chica que viene de un hogar donde el amor es la premisa en el día a día entre los miembros de su familia así hayan tenido el día más convulsionado en sus actividades diarias.
Ella, asiste a una escuela de prestigio porque sus padres con mucho esfuerzo y tesón han sabido manejar las oportunidades presentadas para hacer un buen ejercicio en la promoción de nuevas empresas, se convirtieron en apoyo para todos aquellos que con ideas que querían iniciar un negocio. El objetivo de los padres de Marcela era que confiaran en sí mismos y en sus ideas para lograr lo anhelado pese a que debían trabajar mucho sobre todo en la preparación en manejarse así mismos y al grupo que querían liderar.
En su escuela conoce a Emma, que siempre está callada y sus compañeros buscan molestarla. Marcela con su sonrisa logra acercarse a ella y ésta le cuenta sobre el porqué de su silencio... Emma y su familia está en una situación económica riesgosa, después que su padre ha trabajado mucho pero que por mala administración están tambaleando y puede ser que tenga que dejar de asistir a esta escuela que le gusta mucho.

Marcela y Emma se hacen amigas. Como Marcela conoce un poco de lo que hacen sus padres, a pesar de ser adolescente sus padres la han involucrado en algunas situaciones de algunos negocios que quieren surgir. A esto Marcela a tenido que estudiar algunas cosas. Sobre todo el tema de la comunicación y el ser solidario , ella piensa así porque en su casa siempre ha sido el norte el amor y comprensión hacia los demás pero sin menospreciar ni restar valor a las personas que acuden a sus padres.
Sus padres siempre le dicen: Marcela, cuando alguien está frente a ti , no ves cuales son sus pensamientos; hay que escuchar y en esas conversaciones puedes entender un poco por lo que está pasando el otro.
Emma confía en Marcela por lo que cuenta a sus padres el lazo que la une a ella y quiere pedir su ayuda para solucionar un poco lo que pasa con el negocio de su padre; éste malhumorado le grita y le dice que no debe contar sus cosas a desconocidos...Emma muy amorosa a pesar del mal humor de su padre que conoce por qué esa reacción; le vuelve a platicar sobre el tema, Emma abraza a su padre y se flexibiliza un poco y permite una reunión con Marcela y su familia, se da cuenta de la gran ayuda de su hija al lograr la reunión. Se dispuso a cambiar su rostro , ponerle una sonrisa aunque por dentro se sentía el ser mas humillante hacia los demás.

Al escuchar a los padres de Marcela, él se sintió cómodo y pudo hablar de sus angustias en el mundo de los negocios, sintió tranquilidad y aceptó sugerencias que muy amablemente y sin esperar retornos económicos le aconsejaron. Sintió en ellos algo que no había sentido en muchos años con quienes lo rodeaban en su empresa, solidaridad, compromiso y si porqué no decirlo amor a sus semejantes que solo con escucharlos se sentía mucha paz, seguridad y ya con ese aval no dudó más...trabajó mucho bajo la asesoría de los padres de Marcela y logró salir del hueco donde había caído económicamente.
Emma y su familia siguieron el ejemplo de la familia de Marcela . Volvieron a sonreír, practicaron esos principios; se creó más confianza entre sus empleados y todos se retribuyeron de alguna manera la solidaridad porque se sentían acompañados.
Emma no tuvo que dejar la escuela y su amistad con Marcela cada día se fortaleció. Dejaron de molestarla y ella mostró amabilidad hacia aquellos que un día la molestaron.

In a city anywhere in the world lives Marcela a very lively teenager with the beauty and tenderness of a girl who comes from a home where love is the premise in the day to day life among the members of her family even if they have had the most convulsive day in their daily activities.
She attends a prestigious school because her parents with much effort and tenacity have managed to handle the opportunities presented to make a good exercise in the promotion of new businesses, they became support for all those with ideas that wanted to start a business. The objective of Marcela's parents was to make them trust in themselves and in their ideas to achieve their goals, even though they had to work hard, especially in the preparation to manage themselves and the group they wanted to lead.
At school she meets Emma, who is always quiet and her classmates try to bother her. Marcela with her smile manages to get close to her and she tells her why she is silent... Emma and her family are in a risky economic situation, after her father has worked a lot but due to bad management they are faltering and may have to stop attending this school that she likes very much.

Marcela and Emma become friends. As Marcela knows a little of what her parents do, despite being a teenager her parents have involved her in some situations of some businesses that want to emerge. Marcela has had to study some things. Especially the subject of communication and solidarity, she thinks so because at home has always been the north love and understanding towards others but without belittling or detract from the value of people who come to her parents.
Her parents always tell her: Marcela, when someone is in front of you, you can't see what their thoughts are; you have to listen and in those conversations you can understand a little of what the other person is going through.
Emma trusts Marcela so she tells her parents about the bond that unites her with her and wants to ask for her help to solve a little of what is going on with her father's business; the latter, in a bad mood, yells at her and tells her that she shouldn't tell her things to strangers? Emma very loving despite the bad mood of her father who knows why that reaction; she talks to him again about the subject, Emma hugs her father and becomes a little more flexible and allows a meeting with Marcela and her family, she realizes the great help of her daughter to achieve the meeting. She set about changing her face, putting on a smile even though inside she felt like the most humiliating being towards others.

Listening to Marcela's parents, he felt comfortable and could talk about his anxieties in the business world, he felt calm and accepted suggestions that very kindly and without expecting economic returns they advised him. He felt in them something that he had not felt in many years with those around him in his company, solidarity, commitment and why not say love for his fellow men that just by listening to them he felt a lot of peace, security and with that endorsement he did not hesitate anymore...he worked hard under the advice of Marcela's parents and managed to get out of the hole where he had fallen economically.
Emma and her family followed the example of Marcela's family. They smiled again, they practiced those principles; more trust was created among their employees and everyone gave back in some way the solidarity because they felt accompanied.
Emma did not have to leave school and her friendship with Marcela grew stronger every day. They stopped bothering her and she showed kindness to those who once bothered her.
